I feel for Grace as the odd one among academics. I was part of an arts & humanities honors cohort in college as a graphic design major. The final presentations were on literature, philosophy, poetry, etc. and I walked up with a fully illustrated children’s book about a duck.
Go watch every clip of Miriam Margolyes on the Graham Norton show. She's hysterical. One of my absolute favourites. Her memoir just came out on audible too and totally worth a listen. LOL
I literally paused this podcast just to see if Bug Out was available to me on Amazon and ended up watching the entire series. So now I'm back, 2 and half-ish hours later to tell you, LISTEN TO GRACE! She speaks the truth! It's a freakin' roller coaster and a half by the end. Even if you're squeamish about bugs, just watch through your fingers during the buggy parts. It's totally worth it.

I don't really care one way or another about plant based burgers but I was surprised that they're higher in calories. At least the Impossible burgers at my A&W are... Seems wrong lol. It's veggies which means I'm being virtuous... Shouldn't I be rewarded with fewer calories lol
If you eat 140-year-old lobster meat, the meat itself is not 140 years old. Most animal cells are constantly dying and being replaced. For humans, no muscle cell in your body is much older than 15 years. I'm sure the same is true for lobsters, though the specific number is probably different. It might be less, might be more. But I'd bet dollars to donuts that it's nowhere near 140 years. Having said that, don't eat 140-year-old lobsters. Set them free, like George. They've more than earned it.
I think their relationship is kind of similar to Trixie and Katya on UNHhhh in that Trixie interrupts Katya a lot, but they are still extremely good friends. Just different personalities in terms of communication. Personally, I feel more like Grace--more reserved and anxious--so honestly, I don't like to do a lot of talking in a conversation and am fine with someone interrupting me 😂 because if not, I start to ramble and feel weird about what I'm saying. Would be funny to hear if Grace felt the same. And I like that Mamrie interrupts, but still LISTENS. I don't think she cuts her off out of malice, she's just got a lot she wants to say.
