2 things can be true at once. This can be a money grab orchestrated by a neglectful mom, and also a tasteless, unfunny, bad look on the behalf of Aries and Tiffany. All the adults in the situation need to be held accountable.

That's the thing of it that makes it all so stupid, and shows that these two are degenerate morons. Not only after editing the footage did they think it was ok to post on the internet, and was only taken down by the Laugh or Die website where it was posted, but my understanding is the woman who sued them initially only asked for $15,000. That was virtually nothing to make this disappear. Either 1 can get that in a single night to go on stage; and knowing this horrific evidence was out there that they could just get rid of for a little bit of money. They're egos where like nah, I'm not paying you I'm good with what I've done and letting people see it.
They could have buried this years ago, and no one would have ever known. If they would have offered to settle at 15, I would have been like nah, take 30 thousand, I want you to be real happy with this settlement, so you can be real quiet. You are correct. Documents are now sealed. Dismissed with prejudice, so we’ll never see it in a court of law again. And it would be against the terms of the settlement for any settlement amounts to be disclosed.
While this provided a lot of entertainment for you all this is their real lives and between the intense attention and stress of going against powerful lawyers I don’t blame them for settling. They wanted financial compensation from the get go and this wasn’t a criminal case so jail time wasn’t an option either way 🤷🏽♀️
Most cases settle out of court, especially ones like these with glaringly obvious evidence. Unless they absolutely did something with evidence that could put Tiffany and Aries in jail, then it wasn't worth it to go through a trial.

However I see how it could trigger victims AND it depends on what the kids thought. Even if they didn't get molested but what we saw occurred with them feeling unsafe and uncomfortable then it's very similar. I think we all know it's q reach more so than anything but it could have been compounded through the years of adults framing it a more impactful way. The tape was in poor taste, but this video said that the victim has best wishes for Tiffany. How do you go from grooming and scarring a brother and sister, to we wish Tiffany nothing but the best. This situation is horrible on every level.

Both the kids who are now grown adults and Haddish in COURT DOCUMENTS stated that Haddish herself apologized for her role in the videos. Haddish also said she deeply regretted her role in the video and that the video wasn’t funny. Haddish had to apologize because that was terms of the agreement.
As for the “Jane” and “John Doe” as per the agreement in the court documents, had to agree to state that Haddish wouldn’t harm them. This was both agreed on with both parties. Haddish apologized on social media. The kids made their statement which seemed so bizarre but was done to satisfy the court agreement. You know those young people didn’t want to say it but it was a part of the legal agreement.

Both the kids who are now grown adults and Haddish in COURT DOCUMENTS stated that Haddish herself apologized for her role in the videos. Haddish also said she deeply regretted her role in the video and that the video wasn’t funny. Haddish had to apologize because that was terms of the agreement.
As for the “Jane” and “John Doe” as per the agreement in the court documents, had to agree to state that Haddish wouldn’t harm them. This was both agreed on with both parties. Haddish apologized on social media. The kids made their statement which seemed so bizarre but was done to satisfy the court agreement. You know those young people didn’t want to say it but it was a part of the legal agreement.
All they had to do is say that they were wrong, that they wouldn't have made the same decisions today and that they were willing to work with the victims to see how they could be of assistance. I don't know of ANY sane parent who wouldn't have had a problem with their child being in that situation. I know MANY parents who would've been looking for them personally to whip their tails for doing this weird crap with their babies. We saw what we saw with our own two eyes and it was gross. If Tiffany would just say that it was a goofy, nasty, unfunny thing to do, people might be a bit more sympathetic.
