I felt his joy when he was revisiting pieces from his earliest collections. He looked like a happy child. He really loved his work. Maybe his relationship was different with the fashion industry though.
Depression is not something who knocks on your door, asking to come in. It is not up to anyone to choose or not to have depression. Don't be ignorant about one of the most destructive disease, ever!

I have fallen in love with his work, his style and this wild, non-compromising thirst to push boundaries of conventional since I did art at school and then at St. Martin's! I went to see his collections at museums, just couldn't get enough of them. Such a tremendous loss for the world!! It was a huge shock! I would have so loved to see his films if he lived and started making them. Can hardly believe that he took his own life!! He killed himself because of his demons and not having real friends because they were friends with "Alexander" and not "Lee".....To have the death of a parent as close as he was to his mother and how lonely he was mixed with drugs it was tragic that he was so alone. I'm sad that this video clip mentions that he did not get any help when in fact he did, Isabella Blow helped him immensely, she did everything to help him out from letting him live in her house to financing him.
