GTA 6 isn’t set in the 80’s
I work in the industry as a 3D artist, and trust me... You do make games.. people believe that making games is only coding, music, animate with a couple clicks and boom! GOTY right there. Games, need environments, environments need props, ambient, renders, lightning, characters, animation and so much more. As a 3D artist in a big studio you dont even worry about colliders, characters controls, thats just not your area. That's someone elses job. Good job on your art and keep going! Remember, you make games.

Why would they hire this guy? He is just rendering stuff, everything he does has zero interactivity. He doesn't even seem to know what level design means or how gameplay works, he's just making a pre-rendered scene that even a 15 year old could make. before anyone say something, that it looks better then the trailer, this is a render, you can't play it , and even if you can, it's just a small area, so he can put the grapichs as high as he wants, rockstar could do this, but the map is giant, and not a single pc would run it

Wow man I'm always amazed by your work and as a music producer I can relate a lot with how important are the small details that will always make a big big difference and that most people don't even notice them until they're not there, but either way I'm blown away into the amount of time you spent on those details, literal days just to finish a set place that were shown only seconds in the trailer so I kept pausing the video to admire your work and man real shi I wish you the best bro, your dedication is on sum god level and when u get to work with Rockstar I feel your gonna do great ambients. I like these vids but they are misleading since it’s just a high res render which would be unplayable in a game setting. These take like 100 hours to render a 5 min clip with no game mechanics. There’s a reason games today don’t look this good.

Because he probably don't know how to code and how to make game-engine optimized models. He can learn in no time maybe but I have never seen him doing it from here. He can imagine concepts and lead a team of his own if he has hit loads of money to hire people. And if all of that goes smoothly. One other solution is he can make a demo a banger trailer for his concept game and can monetize his team by Kickstarter donations.
