I was all but 15 yrs. old when this park otta nowhere got that 5 looper. I still have the newspaper article "NeRd" that I AM! The cOaStEr WAR was truly starting as Vortex 6 loops, Shock Wave 7 loops. Darien Lake, STILL holding its own. It's ownership has had many UPs dOnWs as its coasters + unique rides. Great Video! NY has some hum dinger of eclectic parks. Great Escape being another one.
