Yes, well, I can remember Cow Lane and its bridge back in 1950 - when the road used to flood quite regularly. Under the bridge and up the cinder track on the left, and it was a back way into the engine shed - if you were brave enough to risk crossing about ten 'live' railway lines! Happy days, indeed.
Didcot was so much nicer back then, now its just full to the max with cars and people and houses
Love the fact the due to minimal gardening on Ladygrove there's now more vegetation than when it was fields.
Lived on Wantage road Didcot 30 years and now moved to South Wales since 1996 . It's changed alot .. Use to go down cow lane as a kid .
