If you have any questions or something was not clear in the video, please leave a comment below. Also let me know if you want me to build something in Divi that you've seen on another website.

Can this be done with just images or a regular gallery? I don't need/want the Filterable Portfolio. Thank you!

      Hi @kevinpage,
Yes, CSS Grid can work with any module. You would just need to check the HTML to make sure you target the right elements. They are most likely not the same as the Filterable Portfolio. If you get stuck you can send me a link to your website page with the images, and I can try to help you.
      Regards,
      Ryan

    Hi Ryan,
    thank you for this video!
I have a few questions as it's not working for me so far.
What exactly are stall tags you're supposed to put the code in-between? I couldn't find a German translation.
Where are we supposed to put the code? Why don't we put it into the page settings, like you did?
And does this gallery have a Lightbox option?
    Thanks so much!

      Hi there,
      Thank you for your comment.
You have to put the CSS code between an opening tag and a closing , so it will be like this:
      Your CSS code goes here...
You can use the code module to place code, or use the page settings. If you use the page settings, you will not need to use style tags.
If you post the link here, or send it via email, I can have a look why it's not working.
Unfortunately the Portfolio module I used in this video does not have a lightbox option. There is a Gallery module which does have the lightbox option, and I will try my best to release a tutorial video to make a masonry gallery using the Gallery module as soon as I can.
If you have any other questions, please let me know.
      All the best,
      Ryan

Does it need to be on a new page? I'd like my gallery to be seen on my main page.

      Hi there,
No, you can insert the Portfolio Module on any page.
Please can you post a link or send it to divigeek@gmail.com, so I can see why the code is not working.

and what should I replace if i want to use the portfolio option instead of the filterable portfolio?

    • @divigeek

      Hi Ihalí,
I will need to have a look and see if it is possible to amend just some lines of code in this tutorial, or if it would need to be done from scratch.
As soon as I have a gap, I will have a look.
      All the best,
      Ryan

@@divigeek or, could I hire your services to do that non filtered portofolio gallery?

    • @divigeek
      @divigeek  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Ihalí,
I had a look at the Divi Portfolio Module, and just the class names need to change a bit. I have added new code to the existing codepen at codepen.io/divigeek/pen/GRdBdpE.
If you scroll down to the bottom, line 60, you'll see the following comment:
/* USE THIS CODE FOR THE PORTFOLIO MODULE */
You can then paste this code instead of the code for the Divi Filterable Portfolio. Just make sure you add the class name dg-grid to the Divi Portfolio Module.
Let me know if it does not work, and I'll help you out. Just want to apologise upfront if I don't answer immediately, as I am just busy with projects.
      All the best,
      Ryan
