Im inspired to try to grow/shape Azalea in this way..
I do have one grown from seed about 5yrs old, that im mow going-to put into the Ground, & then just wait 20years🙂
Most of my Trees are Tropical, as I live in zone 10B.

What do you mean 'purchased azalea seeds online'? I did see some random seeds on ebay once, but I am very suspicious of what they actually are.
I am a satsuki azalea hybridizer. I still have many many seeds left over of a Belgian indica azalea crossed with a satsuki. I believe these will do better in subtropical climates than satsuki or kurume. Not sure about tropical. I have send seeds to many people around the worst the last 20 years. The seeds germinate well, but because the seedlings are so small, some people struggle with getting them through the first 6 months. I am not sure that what you bought will be any good. @@carl844 If you got them off ebay, I see people are currently also selling deciduous azaleas and species seeds. Not sure what your goals are to do with the plants you'd obtain. Up to you what you want to try, but I could provide you with a proper cross where both parents are known.

Media tanam yang dipakai ?

Tanah yang digunakan adalah Kanuma-tsuchi（鹿沼土）. Tanah ini terbuat dari abu vulkanik yang mengeras dan memiliki pori-pori halus di permukaan butirannya, sehingga sangat baik untuk menahan air dan drainase. Keasaman pH 4-5 membuatnya cocok untuk menanam azalea, termasuk satsuki (Rhododendron indicum). Penggunaan tanah rawa untuk azalea muncul karena pengalaman sekitar 100 tahun yang lalu ketika stek azalea dibuat di tanah rawa dengan tingkat keberhasilan yang tinggi.
