The upper management is unaware of how badly the customers are being served by the offshore departments and vendors. You are consistently having best people leave due to career progress being reserved for lovers and family members of the local management. We all moved to better companies, but a tighter control would do wonders to improve customer satisfaction and incentivize sales.
