great idea.
I'm pretty sure Arena works in card buckets, and it will give you buckets of high winrate cards and buckets of low winrate cards a lot of the time(as seen many times in this draft alone), so I feel like that would be a little unbalanced.
1 loss to scorpid, 1 loss to hysteria, 1 loss to Ysera. This run was a perfect metaphor for arena
Hysteria should be banned in arena lol
It's to good even nerfed at 4 mana you cannot find a way around it and if you are too fast the warlock clears with any board clear if you are to slow you die to hysteria its infuriating😒

@@HackionSTx Ysera is by far the best and Scorpid top 3 excluding legendaries, but basilisk is very mediocore. It's very match-up dependant.

It's ArenaTracker and it's bait. The best card for your deck isn't always the one with the highest number.
Like the Primordial he choose over Sinjin was rated higher, but clearly a worse card for his deck then Shieldmasta would have been.
@@karldavis6022 its Not "bait" Trump deactivated the personalised rankings and Made it so the addon only shows Card winrate, which is obviously Not personalised for the deck

IDK what he was thinking though, that murloc could've gotten the elemental and he'll have 5 dmg for the other card. He took 5 dmg to face and waste 1 mana for nothing.

But fishy flyer sucks you know? It's basically an 8 drop, because as a 4 drop it's too low tempo in majority of cases. It's effective mainly in sustain part of the game. And proto is much better 8 drop, so definitely right pick up if he didn't have murloc synergies.

Top decking flame elemental is the only hope for lethal.
If he had played totem into tidal wave that would have restored 9 health to a total of 19. The opponent had 10 on board and 5 in hand from nightmare, to a total of 15 damage showing.
It's only one extra draw, but I think stalling for one extra draw is more likely to win in that scenario than any attempt at a board.
Play to your outs, right?
Or just win the game by playing Dunk Tank any of the last 3 turns.

I came back to play arena after almost 2 years, with the amount of shenanigans this new meta has is no surprise to me that I could not get past 9 wins in my first 5 runs
How much do you expect to have ?Even best players sometimes cant hit 10 wins in 5 times.
You are actually a little bit late. Meta before mini expansion was great hence why I came back to HS. Now it sucks again unfortunately. Plenty of people rerolling drafts and getting to 7 wins is basically about luck in pairing. There are decks with which you have

Coining out the 4 drop could not have been the right play there.. I woulda played it on 4 to save for the 5 next turn.
Than you would also lose. Actually correct play against pally in that spot was coining other 4 drop and trading murloc into 2-1. If you play 2 drop and pally has fitting 1 dmg you will lose as well. At that point your only out is him playing authority on curve or 6 along 1 drop. Pallies are totally fucked up if you let them develope.

You lost the first game because you didn't play a 2/3 and you played a 2/2 instead. Simple as that. You should have learned by now, tempo is crucial on the early game and value is irrelevant.

Come to EU ;) Every second pally is like that or better. I mean usually better, having green jelly is a joke. 5 mana is ALWAYS authority if you have left stuff, 7 mana is always 7 drop with pulling buckler or truesilver. Every single of them has scorpid.
