Lettuce will grow better at 23deg C but the tilapia will not like the low temp. You can use kois or other cold tolerant fishes. Or you can heat your greenhouse but it will add to your operational cost.

When using solar also have a battery bank charging from the solar, at night the battery bank can power your needs.

Yes, water is from the deepwell. It will lower down to 7 as nitrification occurs.
