I know what you mean - I have several on the channel, and I know of (but haven't seen) several TV versions... in particular there was a Scottish TV version broadcast on Christmas Eve in the mid-70s that starred Derek Jacobi and Julian Glover. Would love to see that one, but it seems unlikely I ever will...
