Good old Spark, should still work well, but for high budget version there is problem with mana cost now, without 25% reduced mana cost from flask I don't have enough mana to use Hatred with Divine Blessing. thanks, yes, high end spark was very expensive previously, like 200-250 div, idk what prices will be now. Check my high budget version in description under POB. There is still problem with mana cost for Hatred, but you can have an idea what upgrades you can make to this starter version.

Any changes youd make when running with an aurabot? I'm guessing can drop purity of elements and let the aurabot sort out res/immunities, anything we could replace it with?
hm, I never ran with aurabot (except for chayula rotas), so I am not sure what to change. Probably can add herald of thunder and arctic armor instead of purity for some extra dmg and phys reduction.

You could use a militant faith with reduced mana cost too, maybe the necro aegis impossible escape. Those are pricey though.

What makes RF damage not consume Energy Shield?
ascendancy node that applies life regen to ES too. So, then everything for life regen, and I also have some ES recovery rate in body implicit

Why we use RF, is it only an extra layer of damage for closer enemies?
it's for 39% more spell dmg buff for Spark. RF itself deals almost no dmg here
