    initally the 512k x 2 option for Bulgaria looks better since you can get your money back... if you can wait 2 yrs and dont mind applying for a US visa everytime you need to travel to the US, then go for Bulgaria.... however if you and your family cannot wait 2 yrs, the 1 yr Malta program is a better option

    The citizenship by investment in Bulgaria may not be available in the nearest future. Most of the fews that used this option actually tried to cheat by moving their money out faster than expected. The program was designed for investors from the western world but now it is considered as a fail. From what I know 121 were able to participate. The people are nice, the taxes are low, the nature is beautiful but it is good to have some savings before you go! Once you get there you'll love it.

      @liba tal klieb if australia is so great then why were there 50,000 protesting in melbourne today? Because dan andrews is going to put in a new bill that will give him ultimate power and able to have lockdowns and state of emergencys when ever he wants. This is not a free country. A few weeks ago in a smaller city called perth, 15,000 people protested because the state premier says if you are not jabbed by december 31 you lose your job, cant go to hospital unless life or death, cant go to restaraunts. They are building "quarantine centres" all over australia to jail the unvaccinated

      Get your passport and go elsewhere! Just dust and construction not pleasant. However without doubt still one the best way to get a EU passport! Plus as Andrew says English is an advantage. Get it soon because they under pressure by EU to end program.

    Investment sums, fast tracks, slow tracks, … don’t care - the only thing that matters today is how covid-paranoid a country is. I would not want to spend a single hour in a police state like Australia - even if their passport would guarantee me free beer everywhere around the world! I would rather pay 80% income tax somewhere to live a life without masks, social distancing, curfews, lockdowns, and injections of experimental drugs (called vaccines), than living somewhere with 0% income tax where these things are mandated.

      With such a "list of requirements" I'm afraid you'll gonna have to consider living on Mars very soon 😉

    • @BrayanA
      @BrayanA 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      There are some restrictions, but nothing spectacular. Mask are mandatory inside indoor facilities - shops, malls, etc. No masks are required to walk in the streets or other open area. There are no restrictions to movement or curfew. Restaurants and bars should work with only 50% capacity and need to close until 23:00. Vaccines are still not mandatory and the new PM publicly declared that there will be no compulsory vaccinations. You need to have in mind that Bulgaria is at the bottom on the vaccination list in EU with 30%. It's not that there is no vaccines, people just don't want to get one. This make the government very restricted in applying restrictions. Certificates are required for visiting shopping mall, opera, theater, disco clubs or bars. You can get one if you have vaccination, test for antibodies (valid for 6 months) or negative PCR test (valid for 72 hours). No restrictions for grocery stores, banks, transport, post or administration offices. If your plan is to travel to other European countries obviously you will need EU Digital COVID Certificate. It's best to check each country requirements before you travel.
