Terrific artist with many gems to unearth, this live performance is worth checking out , the song is called ‘ Birds ‘ on RTE TV Dec 7th 2008, and the album ‘ Fisherman’s Woman ‘ I particularly like, an acoustic album of warm intimate poetic songs

Her music is awesome, shes throws in a lot of unique modal changes and just unexpected things in her music, like in beggars prayer about halfway through, the harmonies, its so beautiful

Emiliana has a captivating voice. Her 'Wednesday's Child' is beautiful. I think after two years it's time to come back to the best group of the last decade. I like a lot of Emiliana Torrini but this song, I have a problem with it - it reminds me too much of David Bowie's 'Quicksand'. And Quicksand is a better song.. whic hurts this one a lot.
