As an almost 70 year old who has worked out regularly for 40 years, I just wanted to remind women you don’t have to go out to the gym or classes, especially if time and money are an issue. I work out 5 days a week lifting weights/HIIT workouts/circuit training at home for about 30 minutes, and take 2 thirty minute walks with my dog every day. Some days I do yoga for flexibility. Some of my favorite workout DVDs are by Chris Freytag, Jillian Michaels, Monique St. Pierre, Kelly Coffey, etc. There are also excellent trainers on YT like Sydney Cummings so you don’t even have to spend any money. Sydney puts out a new workout every day, usually 30 to 40 minutes. If you’re pressed for time you can just search “10 minute abs” or “20 minutes lower body”, “15 minutes yoga” etc. and dozens of workouts show up. I have weights ranging from one to three lbs. for yoga up to 30 lbs. but most people can start with 5 and 8 and work up from there. It’s unlikely you need anything higher than 15s or 20s. I literally started working out one minute a day for a week, and added one minute each week. This way I had no excuse of there’s no time or I’m unmotivated. Yes this is a really slow start but I’ve kept up working out regularly for decades now. People want fast results so they do too much at first and they get injured or burned out. You have the rest of your life to make an investment in yourself, it’s not a race. I workout in the morning to get a good start. Also keep in mind what your goals are. Mine are to have good health (immune system, bones, muscle tone), maintain my weight and look decent in clothes. What my goals are not - be a cross fit queen, Olympic gymnast, bodybuilder, marathon runner or instagram model. Obviously! If your goals are the latter your workouts and diets are going to be completely different, so adjust accordingly. Don’t be afraid to change up and modify your workouts. I no longer do any high intensity jumping, only low intensity cardio segments because I want to preserve my knees. Excellent video and wonderful advice Heather! You look so beautiful. I love to see women take care of themselves. I also subscribe to the 80/20 rule when it comes to eating. Life is too short not to enjoy a bowl of super premium ice cream once in awhile.
Thank you so much for your comment! I'm 46 and have been working out for the last 17 years ....at home. Doing youtube and DVDs. I have had one month free (a promotion) at a yoga studio and took most of the classes there including hot yoga, and I can tell you working out at home is as good as at a studio or a gym, minus the heat. But that's ok. Because I could go to the souna for that as well. Keep working out, ladies! No excuses! P.S. if you want a great channel for yoga with light weights with lots of reps, look no further than Kylie Daniels channel. She will not disappoint.
Thank you for sharing. I do Utube for short weights workouts . Bikram 2 times a week. Treadmill intervals 2 times a week HotWorx.. randomly- almost 65. As a age I want to give myself grace with the intensity of my workouts and just move
I am a 55 yr old recent widow battling gut issues alcoholism and depression and I'm Tired of Feeling Sick and Sad. I need to Stop feeling sorry for myself and do something good for Me. Glad I came across your channel. Thank you for sharing and God Bless You!
I was sad and down after covid and losing my best friend. I joined a gym class it saved me . I committed to it few times a week. Now two yrs later I'm fitter stronger than ever before. Wish u well xx
Hi Linda, get into a good rehab center the alcohol is depressing you. I’m an alcoholic haven’t had a drink in 8 years. Trust me. Get rid of the alcohol but you can’t do it alone. Rehab and therapy. Your regular doctor won’t be of any use. In med school they get a whopping 30 minutes of addiction training. So don’t even go there. Good luck 🍀 to you!
Linda, I also recommend checking into a rehab center to help you start your abstinence. Also, AA has saved multiple lives and offers a wonderful sense of companionship and healing. Long time substance abuse and mental health counselor here.
You're so fabulous. I'm 25 and I love watching women like you, makes me less afraid of aging. I've got my skincare routine in check, now I just need to develop a work out routine I can stick to ❤
I just turned 47 this last November, both my sons are grown men now (24 and 18) and dont need me as much. After watching this video, I've made a conscious decision to put ME first for the first time in 26yrs! I've been divorced for 15yrs, it's time to move on with my life. Thank you ❤
Heather I love listening to people like you who are so motivated to look after yourself. I feel alot of us know what to do it's just self care isn't it 😅 keep up the good work....
I’m not sure if the vital proteins collagen powder you are using in your smoothie is the main protein you are referring to, but just fyi, it’s a completely different type of protein than you find in chicken, fish, etc, and should not be counted as your daily protein intake (as far as muscle building protein and animal/plant protein).
I feel like you were saying word for word what I say about why I don’t drink! I don’t get hung over or feel bad… I just can’t sleep anymore when I do! So nice to hear that someone else has the same issue.
I love that you know what works for you, and you go for it. Most people don't have the motivation that you do. I am sure you run into some jealous women all the time. These women need to follow your advice and they may actually be happier with themselves.
When I was running I thought I could eat whatever. My weight didn’t go down. Now I cook my meals daily and buy seasonal produce fruits and good meat and seafood. What I eat is now more important than my activity.
I'm so sorry to hear that you are going through such a difficult situation😌. I hope things are getting better for you 🫠. We certainly appreciate the fitness advice for sure. Sometimes, it's very hard to stay motivated, but you have been providing us with great tips on living our best lives, over age 40. 😊
Hello! Just discovered your channel. I’m 39 this summer but I want to be in shape as our body are changing with age so I find your video as an inspiration and motivation. I feel exactly the same like you when it comes to alcohol! Last night I had two small beers and I slept terribly even with such a small amount. Glad to hear I’m not the only one out there!
I can’t tell u how helpful this video is! I’m 53 and trying so hard to lose some pounds without starving myself. Love that you incorporate some fashion in with your health journey. So fun!!!!!
These comments are crazy!!! Ever notice that people who have the most negative things to say about the way she looks don't have a picture of themselves?!?! Thanks for sharing your routine with us!!❤
Thank you for sharing this very balanced approach! The best tip for me is hearing about bio identical hormones. I have an appointment in July on this very topic with my obgyn and I'm hopeful this will help me too. Hang in there with the divorce... I've been there and I promise it will get better. 💕🌈
I also work out 5 days a week…. It’s a game changer mentally… after 10 years there are days where the workout just sucked… but at least I moved and did something for 45-1 hour… always gets better the next day…. I recently went thru menopause and handled it much better then most of my friends who never worked out… very few hot flashes, I slept pretty well.. my side effects were more hormonal and mental… when I felt it coming on, if anything I went for a brisk walk…. My doctors were really impressed how I came out of it. Move the body.. it will pay you back 10fold
How to stay fit at 50: 85% is diet, with intermittent fasting - Breakfast @ 11am: Vegan Protein shake - Dinner @ 5:30pm : leafy greens /fish/chicken - no eating past 6pm, limited alcohol Exercise for mood boost every morning - Hot Yoga or Ritual 1 for sweating/detoxing 3x/wk, over 40 we need weight lifting - Weight training 2x/wk, like body pump at the YMCA - Black Swan Yoga on 6th day Bio-Identical Hormones at age 46 - nightly progesterone, same dose - weekly estrogen patch, titrate - key is testing hormone levels - testosterone pellet bad, resulted in hair loss and aggression
You look amazing Heather! You do everything right to stay fit and slim. And I think, you will still look so good in many years because of your disciplin. You deserve it! By the way, I look very similar to you, same tall and slim with long firm legs... and I am 63! Yes, I can say it: I am proud of it. And the funny is, I don't have to do so much, not so much disciplin than you 😙
Wow! So interesting to hear you don’t drink alcohol… and why! I’m the same. And I’ve also felt (for a long time) that my body just doesn’t process it the way other people do. I suffer sleeplessness, headaches next day, lethargy and terrible bloating. Definitely not worth it!!
Fasting is good I try to do 18 hrs everyday I only eat twice a day im 45 that’s how i maintain my weight I mainly try to do everything you mention we feel great is awesome
This is a great video. All great ideas and YES, BABY STEPS. I think a lot of people try to make too big of changes at the same time, which can throw a lot of people off their goals. We are the same age, and I can relate to this entire video! I love that you (and others our age and with similar lifestyle habits) are on TH-cam. I love my younger TH-camrs also, but I cannot follow their workout/food ideas too much. I feel my body/hormones/sleep/periods started all changing about 3 years ago out of the blue. I also tried the pellet once, and my testosterone went from 20 to 350! I feel so much better now that the pellet has worn off (for me). But, it is an ongoing journey so I am researching new health providers where I can get more information.
Heather, you look fabulous! Your discipline and hard work serve you well. So sorry you’re going through a valley in your life right now. I heard something I want to share. Valleys in our lives are NOT what HAPPENED TO US rather WHAT HAPPENED FOR US. Find the good in a not so good situation and you’ll heal faster.
Hi the hair wash thing is real ha ha im 51 workout 4 or 5 days a week with my 29 yr daughter. I love being my strongest now at this age . I love feeling fit. Love from Ireland xx 🇮🇪❤️😘. You look gorgeous 😊
Hi Heather! Thanks for the tips! I’m 42 now but never to early to prepare for menopause. I’ve heard that the hormone replacements can cause Cancer and that scares me a bit. What type are you on and when did you start the bio hormones? Should I talk to my doctor now and take tests to See what my normal levels of estrogen and progesterone are before I’m premenopausal so that it would be easier to get the right doses to mimic what my body is used to? Also, hope this isn’t TMI but do taking these hormones help with arousal and also you know prevent dryness “down there?” I hope it’s not too personal to ask but we are women and it’s a concern you know? Thanks for all your tips and advice!❤
You must do it, I’m 42 and healthy and my estrogen and testosterone were both zeros. That’s actually a myth about the cancer. Find a good doc and good luck!
I was on bioidentical hormones for 8 years. They made me look and feel fantastic, my energy level was great and all my bloodwork said I was 20 years old - at 55. Prior to taking them I basically had no estrogen and was really depressed. It was a miracle for me. Then, surprise, surprise - I got breast cancer. My cancer is hormone receptor positive meaning estrogen is not my friend. Estrogen does not "cause" cancer, but for people like me it can "wake up " my cancer which I don't want. A good book to read is "Estrogen Matters" by Avrum Bluming, MD and Carol Travis, PHD. Doctors never agree on the subject of estrogen and cancer.
Taking hormones even the bio identical ones are a cancer risk and that is not a myth. It’s real. I have a family history of breast cancer and there’s no way I would even go near any hormone therapy. It’s definitely a risk and you just have to weigh the pros and cons.
Do you have a full time job? I am 57 work 8-5. I’m up at 5 wake up and shower etc. then commute. Same coming home. I can squeeze in 30 mins of a workout after work. I do take bio identical hormones. However they are NOT a magic cream. They help but you still gotta do the diet and exercise as you age. Cut those carbs people!
it's not carbs that make you fat, it's fat and sugar that make you gain weight, plain baked potato, one cup of cooked rice, with veg salad, a plain dressing like vinagar or soya sauce, is the way to go.
This was one of my favorite videos of yours! It was more “keepin’ it real.” I am the same age as you, thin, but I lack motivation to workout and I struggle with the wine. It makes me feel the same. 😩 I’m so sorry you’re going through a divorce. Mine was probably the hardest thing I’ve been through. Prayers, Heather. 🙏🏻 Sending a hug too!
Thank you for this video. I’m also doing intermittent fasting and do my best not to eat past 6:00 pm. I love that you say that you do not need to perfect. Eating healthy 85-90 % and having flexibility to celebrate on occasions is important as is moving your body daily.
Heather, you mention 8-10 types of exercise that you incorporate into your weekly routine, from yoga to Pickleball. That must be many hours a day. How do you find the time for that much activity?
I’m 56 years old, and I work out six times a week for no more than 30 to 40 minutes a day. That’s it. I lift weights and perform HIIT. Heather is absolutely correct. Diet is everything. I eat no refined foods, no processed foods, and high fat and protein. I weigh 114 pounds and am 5’7” and have no issue whatsoever maintaining that. I feel fantastic and my blood work is all good.
@@DrGMac56 Thanks for sharing what works for you. My comment was strictly in re: the variety of exercises Heather incorporates. I was curious between planned exercise, tennis, Pickleball, etc. How many hours a day she’s active.
@@hsandechick I know, I work full-time and barely have time for exercise but my job keeps me pretty active. You don't have to go as extreme as Heather.
Awesome, love how you point in how you feel rather that look… look is gorgeous though. I am starting HRT now at 49 , looking forward to feeling better and also just started exercise routine .
The The most important part of fitness is definitely health and not looks. Why? Because it doesn't matter how slim etc that you are, when you hit your 50's and over, your skin loses elasticity and gravity takes over. You will never look like a 25 year old you even if you are the same size and working out constantly. However, your "insides" will appreciate all the hard work! And remember, you can always disguise by wearing attractive clothing and distract by having a sweet kind personality ;) VERY sorry to hear about your divorce but there is plenty of good life to come!
So true. I can tell a woman’s age even when she’s done up and slim and fit. The most a person can fudge is about 10 years under flattering light and good outfit.
Did your doctor test your hormone levels several times a month? I have been listening to podcasts learn about cycle and it seems our levels change throughout the month. Like estrogen dropping during the luteal phase to almost none on day 1. Then no progesterone for first half of cycle?
Just FYI--if you put collagen powder in your smoothie, it is not vegan. Collagen powder comes from either shellfish or bovine sources. If it's a collagen booster powder, then it might be vegan. But a straight collagen powder is not vegan.
The first screen/ levels ( when not on HRT) of hormone should be taken from saliva! If you on the HRT they should tests your blood. Hat do you think about DHEA?
Thanks for sharing , Heather. I take inspiration from women like you who take very good care of themselves. I just wished I knew what works for me. I have gained weight during pandemic and I am having difficulty shedding the extra 10 kgs I gained.
Super helpful, Heather! I have always wanted you to post info about your routine, Thanks to you I do hot yoga now and love it. I also weight train and this summer I will pick up on hot pilates. Super necessary to exercise as we age. xoxo from Toronto
I suspected that testosterone made me loose hair. Now that you're saying it too, I believe I was right. I gave up alcohol to sleep better and keep my weight in check. I hope this inspires other woman b/c it is very hard!!
Thank you Heather. I have been in this midlife struggle of not feeling like myself anymore, all the things you mention and more. I've felt intuitively like bio identical hormones would be helpful. Why did you decide on these instead of HRT? I don't have health insurance so will have to pay out of pocket so expense may also play a part for me. And know I'm sending lovingkindness as you move through divorce. The ending is a new beginning.
The collagen powder~ Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides is not Vegan, it contains Bovine which is beef sourced from cows, if you look at the ingredients says bovine and front label says grass fed and shows a picture of a cow, I know this as I'm vegetarian and was searching for Vegan collagen awhile ago.
Thank you so much for sharing, Heather. I loved all of your tips. Question: bioidentical hormones are given if you have lower than needed amounts at any age?
I have been on pellet HRT since age 52, sleep better look better and my weight has been about the same (run 3-5 pounds less) since I got married 39 years ago. I do follow 80/20 rule and watch my macros my perfect formula is 40/30/30 carb, protein fat. I feel excellent which is the most important thing for me.
Heather, I loved and I appreciate this video. ❤️ 🥰. I would also love to see a video about what you're doing to help you through your divorce. I'm close in age to you, and going through a divorce. It's very hard on me too, so I'd love to know what you are doing. Prayers and blessings to you. I know you will get through this difficult time ❤❤❤
It sounds like you have great medical care. I’ve seen many doctors and have had lots of blood tests but they never adjust anything based on results of those tests.
Thank you for sharing 💖I’m going to inquire about the bio-identical hormone approach with my doc as well. I’m 45 and recently came off the BC pill. I hated being on it. It added weight and I felt like I was more moody, personally. I’ve been off the pill for about 4mos now and I can tell a big difference.
Hi, I'm 42 and still on bcp. Have been for 20 yrs now. Considering coming off of them, but worried about skin issues/breakouts and hair loss. Did you experience any of that? If so has it been manageable?
All great advice! I am so happy to see that it is becoming more commonplace to do bio identical hormones. Menopause sounds like the worst thing ever and once you lose those hormones, you are much more susceptible to disease. It can still be a challenge to find a good doctor, though.
And are you going to let us know about any cosmetics surgeries that you have done because that is important to to be totally transparent. I do appreciate your workout routine that is great and your food intake. Thank you.
When you are in perimenopause or menopause, light weights and high reps will not benefit you. You need to lift lower reps to failure. Now, if you are new to lifting, I wouldn't recommend picking up a super heavy weight, but use a weight that you can only lift up to 10 times-and know you couldn't lift more. You are so lean, that your muscles will show up regardless of your strength level. No benefit to bones if not somewhat heavy. I'm an RN in the GYN field with a training background.

I love your tips...but fish, chicken and salads oh my! 😭Also, where I live the only fish available is farmed fish and I just think farmed seafood is really gross so not sure how to work around that.
I don't know where you live, but all chain grocery stores sell wild caught salmon or other fish that are not farm raised. Look in the frozen section. We buy frozen wild caught salmon fillets at Costco, but they sell them at our regular grocery stores, too.
For those who intermittant fast, how to you fit working out into your schedule? I tend to have time first thing in the morning but don't want to go from a 7am workout to not taking in any protein or food until 11-12. If I don't workout in the morning, I typically can't find time in the day to fit it in. This is my biggest hangup.
I work out in a fasted state every day - I walk 60 minutes and do 3 resistance training sessions - as long as you hydrate yourself as soon as you walks up - I drink 1.2 litres of water and have a long black coffee - it’s more important to have your protein after your workout - I have my first meal at 12.30pm
@@gloriasaliba3395 I do weight training 3 days a week and thought you had to have protein within 30 minutes after your workout? If I did weight training at 7am, am I okay to go until noon without taking protein? I also take supplements in the morning (some have to be on an empty stomach) and wondered if those broke your fast?
Hi! I’m also 49 - stop intermittent fasting! I stopped a few years ago, all the research was done on males, it is not benefit for women especially as we get older!
I just read an article this morning saying that a study's shown that intermittent fasting doesn't work any better than counting calories. I've always just counted calories and that works great for me. :)
You are absolutely correct! Just moving every day will make a difference. I love these work out sets! 😍 Heather you look incredible! Thank you so much for sharing all of your tips on how to feel great! I definitely will put them to use! ❤🙏🏼
I have a similar issue with alcohol .. if I have a cocktail .. yes, it's delish, and puts me in a good mood. I'll go to sleep, BUT .. I will wake up like the Sahara.. so thirsty, so dehydrated. Then, I drink water and I am up all night peeing .. lol. So .. no cocktails for me .. prosecco please and .. just one. Also, hormones - a must! Also tried testosterone - ugh, grew hair on my face and arms - no. thank you.
Not eating after a time is great! My time is 8. Eating right is key and you are right drinking too much as we get older gets harder on your system. I’m trying to cut down on my wine. Because I want to sleep!!!!
Same thing happens to me when I drink wine, I wake up for numerous hours. If I drink Tequila or a Beer this doesn't seem to happen. Could be the nitrates in the wine. Anyway alcohol isn't too healthy so it's good you don't drink to often

Thanks so much for your recommendations for at home workouts. Very helpful. ❤
Really appreciate all the online information you shared. Thank you!

Sending healing streams of grace
I was sad and down after covid and losing my best friend. I joined a gym class it saved me . I committed to it few times a week. Now two yrs later I'm fitter stronger than ever before. Wish u well xx
Hi Linda, get into a good rehab center the alcohol is depressing you. I’m an alcoholic haven’t had a drink in 8 years. Trust me. Get rid of the alcohol but you can’t do it alone. Rehab and therapy. Your regular doctor won’t be of any use. In med school they get a whopping 30 minutes of addiction training. So don’t even go there. Good luck 🍀 to you!
you can do it my dear.
Linda, I also recommend checking into a rehab center to help you start your abstinence. Also, AA has saved multiple lives and offers a wonderful sense of companionship and healing. Long time substance abuse and mental health counselor here.
The best workout is one that you will stick to.
Yes so true!!!

Thank you ❤
All about being consistent. I’m 67 years Old. If you are consistent with your program you will have WONDERFUL results no matter what age you are.
Heather I love listening to people like you who are so motivated to look after yourself. I feel alot of us know what to do it's just self care isn't it 😅 keep up the good work....
Thank you so much!!
Your communication skills are so appreciated. I feel like you’re my dear sweet dependable neighbor. Your personality shines.
Oh I love that! You are so sweet! Thanks so much!!❤️❤️
I love that you know what works for you, and you go for it. Most people don't have the motivation that you do. I am sure you run into some jealous women all the time. These women need to follow your advice and they may actually be happier with themselves.
Oh wow very well said! Thanks for watching!!
I am also 39 and have the same issues with alcohol. Spicy food at night...avoid at all costs!
I can’t tell u how helpful this video is!
I’m 53 and trying so hard to lose some pounds without starving myself.
Love that you incorporate some fashion in with your health journey.
So fun!!!!!
Cut sugar and white flour and keep carbs as close to 100 or less as u can
Thank you so much!!!
How to stay fit at 50:
85% is diet, with intermittent fasting
- Breakfast @ 11am: Vegan Protein shake
- Dinner @ 5:30pm : leafy greens /fish/chicken
- no eating past 6pm, limited alcohol
Exercise for mood boost every morning
- Hot Yoga or Ritual 1 for sweating/detoxing 3x/wk, over 40 we need weight lifting
- Weight training 2x/wk, like body pump at the YMCA
- Black Swan Yoga on 6th day
Bio-Identical Hormones at age 46
- nightly progesterone, same dose
- weekly estrogen patch, titrate
- key is testing hormone levels
- testosterone pellet bad, resulted in hair loss and aggression
One of your best videos Heather. I am in my 50s and can relate. Bio identical hormones and intermittent fasting helped me for sure!
Thanks so much!! I will share more of this content for sure:))
Thank you so much Janice!!
Thank you Heather! Such an informative and inspiring video. I am definitely going to get my hormone levels checked!
Agreed! 80% Nutrition, 20% Exercise ❤
Great vid! 👌🙌 You look amazing and your lids are so lifted & taut…have you had blepharoplasty?
Really love the content of this vid!! I have been waking since 2am because of my consumption of alcohol with friends. Thank you for keep it real. ❤🙏
Oh i Love this quote and so needed to hear this!! Thank you !!
This was one of my favorite videos of yours. I only need so many clothes and so much makeup😂this was an interesting topic. Well done! ❤
Thank you so much!! I enjoyed making it! ❤️☺️
Vuori is amazing!
You are spot on with everything you said! I love it!
Excellent ....and a humble way to explaining ✨️
Thank you for all the fantastic Information. Loved the Video. Your lovely. Regards all the way from Bianca in Germany❤
Hi the hair wash thing is real ha ha im 51 workout 4 or 5 days a week with my 29 yr daughter. I love being my strongest now at this age . I love feeling fit. Love from Ireland xx 🇮🇪❤️😘. You look gorgeous 😊
Ugh yes!!! I'll be 55 this fall; and I'm glad u have reconfirmed what I believe / how I live my life ... From one prosecco lover to another😅
I can’t sleep when I drink either! It’s like as soon as it’s out of my system, I’m wide awake. Also have weird dreams too!
Hi Heather! Thanks for the tips! I’m 42 now but never to early to prepare for menopause. I’ve heard that the hormone replacements can cause
Cancer and that scares me a bit. What type are you on and when did you start the bio hormones? Should I talk to my doctor now and take tests to
See what my normal levels of estrogen and progesterone are before I’m premenopausal so that it would be easier to get the right doses to mimic what my body is used to?
@layladarby1994 exactly!!
Don't give up on quitting the wine! It is hard, but you can do it. I'm drinking Fre brand alcohol removed wine. I love it!
@@dianedoskoch9650Thank you! ❤️
Thank you so much!!!!
Thank you for this video. I’m also doing intermittent fasting and do my best not to eat past 6:00 pm. I love that you say that you do not need to perfect. Eating healthy 85-90 % and having flexibility to celebrate on occasions is important as is moving your body daily.
I also get serious sleep problems when I drink alcohol. Even one drink can tip me over❤
I have the same problem with alcohol. I love having cocktails but it totally disrupts my sleep patterns. Thanks for sharing!
I usually just do one a day plus a short walk. Thanks for watching!
So glad I came across your video this was so informative thank you I had to subscribe!!😊
Awesome, love how you point in how you feel rather that look… look is gorgeous though.
I am starting HRT now at 49 , looking forward to feeling better and also just started exercise routine .
The
The most important part of fitness is definitely health and not looks. Why? Because it doesn't matter how slim etc that you are, when you hit your 50's and over, your skin loses elasticity and gravity takes over. You will never look like a 25 year old you even if you are the same size and working out constantly. However, your "insides" will appreciate all the hard work! And remember, you can always disguise by wearing attractive clothing and distract by having a sweet kind personality ;)
VERY sorry to hear about your divorce but there is plenty of good life to come!
So true! Thank you for the encouraging message!!❤️
So true. I can tell a woman’s age even when she’s done up and slim and fit. The most a person can fudge is about 10 years under flattering light and good outfit.
Welcome to the 50's club! You look awesome
Enjoyed the video on your journey. I was wondering how much water do you drink in a day? thank you
Idol!!! Love this video - it is exatly my ideal here! Thanks for sharing ;)
You are an amazing inspiration ❤❤❤😊😊!!
Thank you for this, very helpful! ❤❤❤
Hello Heather! What is Ritual 1 exercise? :) Thank you Mary .
I experienced the same symptoms with testosterone. The aggression was so out of the norm for me. Thanks for this video.
I suspected that testosterone made me loose hair. Now that you're saying it too, I believe I was right. I gave up alcohol to sleep better and keep my weight in check. I hope this inspires other woman b/c it is very hard!!
great info, i'm on the same page, as a previous health coach, you are spot on! HRT-yay
I decided on bioidentical hormones after reading Suzanne Summers book on them. I can't remember the title but it's so good!!
Girl wow you look amazing!!❤❤
The collagen powder~ Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides is not Vegan, it contains Bovine which is beef sourced from cows, if you look at the ingredients says bovine and front label says grass fed and shows a picture of a cow, I know this as I'm vegetarian and was searching for Vegan collagen awhile ago.
Thank you Heather This was interesting and informative. You look amazing !
Thank you so much for sharing, Heather. I loved all of your tips. Question: bioidentical hormones are given if you have lower than needed amounts at any age?
Yes, I believe you can be on them at any age. But I would ask your Dr. Thanks for watching!
Yes that sounds amazing! Good for you!!
This was really helpful to hear your experience too.
I know you will get through this difficult time ❤❤❤
Yes a divorce video is coming soon! Thanks for watching!
It sounds like you have great medical care. I’ve seen many doctors and have had lots of blood tests but they never adjust anything based on results of those tests.
You look great! Curious. How tall are you?
Sending healing energy to you
And are you going to let us know about any cosmetics surgeries that you have done because that is important to to be totally transparent. I do appreciate your workout routine that is great and your food intake. Thank you.
Love the video and tips
What if I work 3rd shift for fasting. I usually sleep around noon and get up at 8p
Agree.
Yup
I just found your channel and loving it❤
Thank you very much!!! You are look very beautiful!!!! ❤️🌸👌

Thank you very much.
Do you do workout in the morning and then wait till 11 to start eat?
I love your tips...but fish, chicken and salads oh my! 😭Also, where I live the only fish available is farmed fish and I just think farmed seafood is really gross so not sure how to work around that.
I don't know where you live, but all chain grocery stores sell wild caught salmon or other fish that are not farm raised. Look in the frozen section. We buy frozen wild caught salmon fillets at Costco, but they sell them at our regular grocery stores, too.
Thank you for sharing! So many of us appreciate how open you are to help us with your fitness routine. You are inspiring!
Thank you so much!!
How does the Collagen powder help? Really a difference? Love your work and all your videos and thanks so much for the inspiration. ❤
I think it makes quite a difference. I’ve been using it for years and love it!
I really enjoyed this video, Heather, and found it very helpful, especially the bio identical hormones. Thank you so much 💖
For those who intermittant fast, how to you fit working out into your schedule?
Thanks Heather for the tips!
You are absolutely correct! Just moving every day will make a difference. I love these work out sets! 😍 Heather you look incredible! Thank you so much for sharing all of your tips on how to feel great! I definitely will put them to use! ❤🙏🏼
That is amazing Ann! Thanks for watching 😍
I really enjoyed the video !! I feel like your twin sister from the 🇬🇧 same hight, hair, hormone route & food fasting … ❤U H x
Also tried testosterone - ugh, grew hair on my face and arms - no. thank you.
You look fantastic for any age! Would you be willing to tell us how tall you are?
She said she was 5’4”.
No workout wear looks good enough to wear out during the day 😂
Can you make a video on how or what you are doing with your neck and jaw to look so good, please 🙏
Loved this!
Thanks for sharing. It is inspiring.
Nice vlog, look amazing, cannot deny the result, thanks for sharing
Please do more vids on bio identicals. This is being neglected by doctors all over the country
Sad!!
could you share your doctor’s info? i live in Dallas & am looking for an expert in bio-identical hormone treatments. thx!
Not eating after a time is great! My time is 8.
Eating right is key and you are right drinking too much as we get older gets harder on your system.
I’m trying to cut down on my wine. Because I want to sleep!!!!
You look great! I wish i had a doctor that would prescribe HRT. No doctor would allow me to have HRT. I live in NYC.
Same thing happens to me when I drink wine, I wake up for numerous hours. If I drink Tequila or a Beer this doesn't seem to happen. Could be the nitrates in the wine. Anyway alcohol isn't too healthy so it's good you don't drink to often
