Shame, could be a nice place if it hadn’t been trashed.
Yeah its trashed but not as bad as i thought to be honest, we talked to someone walking their dog on the land and the place has been abandoned for about 1 year and a half, the owners know about people going in there but they are not bothered about it. they moved and still come and cut the grass because its a public field. the police are aware of the abandoned house but they don't really check up on it. i can imagine when people find the location its gonna get vandalised like crazy

@@TomW002 He did mention that they are most likely waiting on a good offer to build houses are this farm has no use to them any more
Urban Exploring. Isn't that just trespassing?
It’s a civil offense all they can do is ask you to leave
What happens if you damage the property or yourself who gets liability?
What happens if you are on someone's property without consent and they feel threatened and attack you?
What happens then? I guess you could be fatally hurt and the owner ends up in prison for your curiosity without responsibility.
Does that seem fair just because you feel you want to trespass.
@llamudos9809 a owner would only attack if they you are threatening or personally attacking because it’s considered self defense, but they attack you they can get a criminal record because Trespassing isn’t against the law, if you’re purposely destroying that is criminal offense
