It’s very cool that the police seemed so interested as well! That was a relief I’m sure! Great find with so many fantastic treasures! So sad the man has his whole life left to be forgotten. Thanks again!!
My mother used to work for Niagara Cyclo Massage 11:28 here in Canada back in the 1960's. They have the flat board with the neck rest for your back and neck, the hand held parts were for anywhere that needed a massage, arms, shoulder, legs, etc. They also sold chairs that would give a whole body massage. Seems the Dr. was beyond obsessed with golf. If he spent so much time golfing when did he do his doctoring😀? Nice police officers, you got lucky.
Something I will never forget is my elderly neighbour passing and her son showed up a few weeks later and he took the kettle! He said to me he came by for one last look at the place and his kettle wasn't working before he left so he took his Mum's. He said he was pushing 75 himself and doesn't have the energy or interest to sort the stuff out, nevermind anywhere to put it and that's for the new owners to deal with. A few weeks later everything was in skips outside and I will never forget on the top of one was a stack of open photo albums thrown on with old black and white pictures spilling everywhere there was a wedding and a set of kids playing on the beach getting soaked in the rain. I just remember quite a poignant feeling of how this all mattered to someone a few months back and now it's landfill. 😢
Police get a bad rap (and rightly so sometimes) but they were really cool and as interested as me a viewer and you the explorer. Really hope they find somone in the family to take a lot of the goods, I thought loads there of value, perhaps not in money but use to someone else. Good reminder you can't take things with you when you go. Loved this one.
In America, any abandoned house that you could just walk into without breaking in, would be stripped bare of all possessions, light fixtures, copper wires, etc. It's amazing that everything is left undisturbed.
Cool video Colin nice to see friendly police ,the amount of belongings left in there it's crazy and probably as you say worth 1000s yet the door easy walk in " crazy " ...still good walk around ...whoever lived there got more golf clubs than all the golfing clubs around the world should think ......
Very similar to my previous house that I renovated. Tiled floor, same decoration going up the stairs, ceiling roses, bannisters etc. Mine was built in 1892. Same horrible pink bathroom too (added in later obviously). When we stripped the downstairs walls we found the pipes for gas lamps. Lovely explore thanks.
What a stunning building with so many beautiful original features, love the hallway floor tiles. It would of a beautiful home in its heyday, shame its not lived-in today. So sad to see such a beautiful building not in use x
Beautiful wallpaper on stairs. Incredible explore, so fascinating. Every room is wow. The thermo cyclo pad is maybe heat and relaxation like a massager. Wow vintage golf clubs. It's a wonder the floor not collapsed from weight. 🎉
nice explore, right on my doorstep i must have walked past this house lots of times. And me being a urbex explorer myself i bet it`s locked up now by the police. And yes i will keep the explorers code not to give out the location!!!!
I cannot believe that you gave the police a guided tour 😂😂😂 Also I'm surprised you didn't know of the TCR car game. I had one in the early 80s, it was a cheaper version of the Scalectrix. Still sold mine in working condition for £60 in the early 2000s. Bloody loved that game! Gave out that gorgeous electric burning sparks smell 😂😂
Only recently discovered your channel, but wow honestly i absolute love it, the way you speak with such passion and enthusiasm about things genuinely comes across. An the way you are so respectful and well mannered is brilliant. I only watch 3 urban exploring channels, adam marks explores, finders beepers history seekers and of course yours. Keep up the truly amazing wonderful work 👍
Try the channel called ‘Explomo’ if you like a good urbex video or ‘Sam and Jess’ which is another both do a lot of European countries where they will tour around say Portugaldoing abandoned properties both are very good Explomo has even done an USA tour. Both channels are much like Colin where they all do it for the love of telling a story of the last owners and their belongings and or the story about the actual building some of Explomos are 60- 90 minutes long but they are like a documentary on the abandoned property like a massive 13th century French chateaux or a Japanese person living in a very large house in Spain / Portugal border who was into his heritage
Hi Colin great video again what an amazing house and all those belongings just left. It always seems really sad to see someone life in boxes. Some really nice features around the house must have been fantastic in its heyday. Great commentary as usual Colin, even the one you gave the police! You certainly do not produce that every week.House tour with police escort. Look forward to next weeks.Take care.😃
Loving the beautiful tiled floor in the entry way, this place is blowing my mind. Do you think it was the Dr in the golf photos?, those old golf clubs are something else, and maybe could be worth something now. It's just so sad that all this persons possessions are just left like this now. Thank god there's no vandalism. Looks like the police that came were cool, Thank you Colin for a real treat of an explore 😃👌🌈🤟
I really enjoyed this, as always! Thank you. I did wonder if the old massage machine is like a TENS machine used to help with pain? The police were very friendly and it’s great that one subbed to the channel!
The pad at 13:05 is actually a vibrating pad, my dad came off a motorcycle in the 70’s, after many operations he was given one of these in the mid 80’s albeit a slightly updated version, but yeah it’s a vibrating relaxation pad.
Another great Location and Explore, albeit with some unexpected, "Company" I reckon they'll be wanting to accompany you on other occasions in the future! Another great Upload, Colin! Keep up the great work.
I love this house! It definitely looks different in the daytime! Finders Beepers History Seekers explored this but did so at night. He had an interest in lighters and golf clubs. There were lighters in the basement as well! If I remember correctly, there’s also some spears covered in one of the corners upstairs.
Now that is a cool explore. But I was laughing at the fact that you gave the police a guided tour and the female officer was getting right into it by the looks and sounds of it. Great vid keep up the great work and the guided tours. Lol
What an amazing house. And, yeah, it's so organised. I can't believe this is being left to decay. The basement is flooded? That's so sad. Wonder how. And those coppers were just lovely. Go you, getting them to sub! lol.
Cool! You toured the police :) I was blown away too from all the golf clubs. Gotta have cost some serious cash. Because of what i do for work i talk alot with the police. I had once a situtation were someone called the police, and i said: Go on call em, when they come il have some coffee with em. Then they came, and we had a cup of coffee together. The person who called em was just so totally shocked. :)
Such a shame nothing is done with the house and abandoned buildings like this there r people are need houses and green belt gets built a instead of utilising buildings like this instead these buildings like left to rot 🇬🇧
Hi colin that table with scew mechanisum was to make it larger when they lot people to dinner they would make it bigger then there would be extra piece that just pops into the gap .how can all the stuff be still there with in been closed other buildings .
The dinning room table it has a extra bit ,to seat 8 people instead of 6 people, when it's closed up, the spare leaf ( that's the name for the extra bit) lays under the other 2
Shame theses placed never get cleared out and sold for another family to live in with the price of housing now and all these places abandoned shame these places are empty 😮
Proves wealth does not guarantee orderliness. When his nurses and other help were gone, he couldn't see his way to keep things neat. 👀 A doctor could make use of a relaxing machine to maybe help his patients fend off dis-ease.🙂
Shame to think, that some developer will probably come along and rip out all the original features and turn it into a HMO😢 fascinating looking at history 😊
Cool guys given us and the police a guided tour of the doctors house.
Youre becoming very popular Colin with the police 🚨 guided tours will be the new name of the channel 😂😂 the bearded tour guide 😂
Really cool. Fab house
It’s very cool that the police seemed so interested as well! That was a relief I’m sure! Great find with so many fantastic treasures! So sad the man has his whole life left to be forgotten. Thanks again!!
Saturday night is Bearded Explorer night. Your videos are brilliant Colin. Thankyou.

Someone’s entire life possessions just left in that lovely old house. Seems crazy that no relatives have claimed it.

@@Zaphod-ef9yz what a sad story. Probably happens a lot.
Another great video, it does just show you 9x10 you treat the police with respect and they treat you the same way.

What a beautiful house
A stunning 3 story Victorian property.
It was a pleasure to be taken around, thanks Collin for this lovely explore x
Love how you give the police a guided tour

Lovely to see such friendly police officers beauitful house so much stuff in there
That was fantastic and what lovely police they were. So they are human sometimes! Really enjoyed that Colin. 👍
This house hasn’t changed or been trashed since Finders Beepers were there. Nice to see it again and in the day light.
That's crazy that you gave the nice officers a tour. Wonder if someone switched on you. Nice old house, perfect Time Capsule. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

That's the type of community policing I remember growing up with.
Respect all round
Nice video..and welcome police..
Really nice and the interest what u do coling.
Maybe u now famous by the police.
Big schout to all
That was some really nice police officers and the best part was that they understood what it was all about.
I really enjoyed this, as always! Thank you. I did wonder if the old massage machine is like a TENS machine used to help with pain? The police were very friendly and it’s great that one subbed to the channel!

Hope they keep an eye on the place and make it secure before the yobs get in there and thieves! It's good the police know about the place now.
Forgive my ignorance but I’m not sure what yobs are???😮
14:55 wall paper wow!
Wow what a amazing vedio love this building i give u 👍 your local police kind to u .
5:53 the ladders on the left could have been used to walk across the water I think.
Part 2? Maybe? lol
Ty for the beautiful video
Watch the cops go back in Rob it hehehe 😂😭😂😭 watching from Canada😂😂😂❤❤
Now that is a cool explore. But I was laughing at the fact that you gave the police a guided tour and the female officer was getting right into it by the looks and sounds of it. Great vid keep up the great work and the guided tours. Lol

What an amazing find, wow!
At least the police will go back to the police station with one hell of a story to tell
There is a man who loves his golf clubs & golf
Awesome explore. Nice police to have such an interest, passion and respect as you
I find this interesting and very sad that what left of a person life. You can't help but think what was their life like.
Such a shame nothing is done with the house and abandoned buildings like this there r people are need houses and green belt gets built a instead of utilising buildings like this instead these buildings like left to rot 🇬🇧
It would cost a fortune to fix this house up to make it liveable and who would foot the bill ,and if the truth is known it belongs to somebody else
how cool that the cops wanted a tour.
This is amazing 🤗
Hi Colin and guys.
Hope your all doing well.
I loved that video.
Never saw so many golf clubs in my life.
Stay safe and take care.
Hi colin that table with scew mechanisum was to make it larger when they lot people to dinner they would make it bigger then there would be extra piece that just pops into the gap .how can all the stuff be still there with in been closed other buildings .
Yes exactly can go from 4 to 8 or more......
Did you give the police a tour lol 👍👍👍👍👍🤜🤛
Amazing, ty for tour
Thats was awesome, a new subscriber 🥰. Great tour.
I just stumbled upon your channel today too.🎉
I'm in California U.S.A.

Brilliant explore❤
I had a TCR in the late 70's.
Look at you hanging with the NIC....brilliant mate...
4:06 there's an extra thing that goes in the dining table.
He must have been a hobby golfer 😊and golfer for a hobby.
The property is amazing. Ah would love to renovate that
Sounds cool bud be safe
Massive fan of your work. The places you visit are fascinating and it’s so relaxing to watch. Such a good URBEX channel!
Cool video, perhaps the police might dwell into the late doctors family past and rescue more of the belongings , such a shame 😊
There are so many of these abandoned houses it's ashame that something can't be done to make use of them all.
4min33secs The blue dart in the wall! 😅 Random.
The bearded explorer tour guide est 2024: haha
The screw on the table is to extend it. You unscrew the two halves and drop an extension piece in.
The dinning room table it has a extra bit ,to seat 8 people instead of 6 people, when it's closed up, the spare leaf ( that's the name for the extra bit) lays under the other 2
The golf pictures are of golfer ben holgan died in 1997 aged 84
TCR total control racing. A rival version of Scalectric
Shame theses placed never get cleared out and sold for another family to live in with the price of housing now and all these places abandoned shame these places are empty 😮
Very interesting to see
I like the archtirure on the inside
Me encantan sus historias pongan subtitulos en castellano por favor!
They were more friendly Police than the ones you came across about 18 months ago
U just ran my head into the steps. Wheeeee..
I found a sticker on a random wall with your channel on it ?
Hi there how are u ok today u do a rally good job on TH-cam keep up there good work on here
Proves wealth does not guarantee orderliness. When his nurses and other help were gone, he couldn't see his way to keep things neat. 👀
A doctor could make use of a relaxing machine to maybe help his patients fend off dis-ease.🙂
how did you get in?
TCR Total Control Racing had one in 1980 i think it was Scalextric rival that never made it
I haven't seen one of those Motorist diaries for years!
Same tiling in the hall as mine and high ceilings.
Decent police anyway. 👍🇬🇧
That table is missing leaves to make it a longer seating space.
I don't know if you buy a house you inherit the horde maybe if you buy it by an auction for taxes you might get the hordes great video❤❤❤❤❤❤
I had the same TCR set in 1980.
A great movie!
Looks like the Doctor spent his life searching for the perfect driving club.
Shame to think, that some developer will probably come along and rip out all the original features and turn it into a HMO😢 fascinating looking at history 😊
That’s funny 😊
