Wow, I can't believe you make it out to the rigs, most impressive. If I were to add a Bixpy motor onto my kayak would I need to get it registered?

Yes they are pretty strict about this now. Any motor attached to the vessel will need to be registered. The only way to avoid it would be to have a mobile hand held device.

@@NextLevelFishingTV sorry for the newb question. But when you say mobile hand held, is that a motor with handheld remote like Bixpy? Or is there an actual hand held motor brand you can recommend?

No worries, what I mean by hand held is the actual motor itself. Some companies have Bixpy sort of devices attached to a hand pole. The kayak only has to be registered if the motor is part of the vessel.
There’s a current loop hole that if you attach a motor to a pole and clip it down like a paddle when not in use, it’s technically a motor not attached or part of the kayak…therefore no registration is needed.

“Tournament Lithium” but they don’t have great support. Battery works great none the less.
