If you look closely at the place it is a place built like a house, but sub divided into apt. With AC units running down the side of the building. So yes it is an apt. Shalom

Do you ever watch a video before posting the first thing that pops in your head? At 1:56 the video shows the front porch with at least 8 different mailboxes attached to the front wall. Then, as the previous poster pointed out the side view shows seperate air conditioner units leading into the building. Both would lead a normal rational person to deduce it's an apartment building. Do better.
