Ive always been quite skeptical when it comes to chiropractics but this video changed my thoughts completely
You have to be careful though. I've had a few really good chiropractors, and a few really bad ones.
But realize that not all chiropractors are as good as this.
Just make sure they are gonstead certified

Im at work and Im just on a loop of your videos, I need this done for me so badly. I complain of neck, shoulder and back pain and I know my neck is stiff. Massages, even sport massages don't work, it feels nice but not in the long run. I love how you are with your patients, the education you give while easing them into it is very calming.

I kinda need to visit a chiropractor. I'm around 98% sure of it. After he said falling will cause issues later in life, well long story short I had a snowboarding accident when I was 9, and from what I can remember I started having severe lower back pain. I pop my back quite often but it only relieves the pain for about 20 or 30 minutes 😓 I also have neck pains and occasionally intense neck/shoulder cramps or just very sharp pain. I also have an extremely hard time sleeping, it takes me hours to fall asleep, only to sleep for barely an hour. 😴😴 Sorry for the long comment.
I can only hope Dr. Rahim is passing along this knowledge because to say it is impressive is an understatement! Thank you for sharing your expertise!
