I am going for my vacation after 5 days. need to catch lots of them .. Could you please advice your techniques :)
Looks like fun! I'm sure these guys are meat hunters folks! Buffalo are really tasty. You've just got to know how to properly prepare them as they are very bony. Fried Bufflo Ribs & cocktail sauce, or a fried buffalo sandwich with a slice of tomato & some horse radish sauce, a side of cold cole slaw and big glass of ice tea is absolutely the best!

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe that Bigmouth Buffalo and Smallmouth Buffalo are native? I also hear that they eat plankton and do not harm the environment and are good to eat. Or so I'm told. However the Grass carp,Asian Carp,Koi and Common carp are poor eating and are destructive?
Those are buffalo which are native and my guess is they through them back pretty screwed up if you ask me but I've made some questionable decisions out on the water so who am I to say

Buffalo however (to my knowledge) are native and only eat plankton and small organisms and are good to eat.
