You forgot to mention how some of the streets have beautiful canals .
OMG! I did forget...its so pretty!!
Some of the most beautiful homes and properties in Coppell have the worst of the loudest airplane noise riding too low overhead .😂
First time I realized this I felt very bad for the people who perhaps bought those properties without knowing this 😢.
You know most of them don't even hear it anymore. I lived by Love Field for a few years and I started to just not hear it anymore.

Yes, most people get used to it and don't hear it anymore. I used to live by Love Field airport and it was the same way.
Yes I feel very bad for those who bought some of those gorgeous properties in Coppell and maybe did not know this about the airplanes and my God the first time I went British race walking over in this one section when I used to live in Coppell I could not believe how low this airplane was and at first I thought maybe it was trying to make an emergency landing😂 .
But then I noticed a few more planes and so I don't know how anybody could get used to having planes flying so low ... ?
@@lifeindallasfortworthyou forgot to mention that some streets their had the canals and how wonderful it looks .
I always felt very safe in Coppell .
There , not their ... I should have proof read this ... autocorrect should be called autoincorrect .
One decent restaurant not too far away from Coppell in North Irving is Bruno's Ristorante ... it's on MacArthur and what incredible views of greenery and it's right on the canal .
It's just an incredible place ... and before or after eating you can stroll along the canal to either work up an appetite or walk off your food .
I don't know if it's still there but there was an Indian restaurant there also in Coppell .
Another great spot that sort of like a best kept secret in Coppell is Denton Creek Trail Dr. Canal walk ... I think it's one of the most magical spots in Coppel l .
You can park in Andy Brown Park East that's the one with the big Pavilions .. and you can park your car near Parkway Dr . ... and if you walk close to the water you will see the pavement goes down under a short underpass under Parkway Dr. ... and when you come out you are now walking along the canal in back of some cute houses and it makes an elbow turn and the views are just very lovely around there especially at Twilight ... truly magical and peaceful .
The only strange thing about that section is when people walk the huge walkway around The Pavilions ... one day I realized everybody but me was walking counterclockwise and I was the only one walking clockwise which I thought was kind of strange .
And it's been like that pretty much most times I've been there ... kind of odd .
Also Market Street Supermarket in Coppell is a better grocery shopping experience than most other places ... and they have a food court right in there where you can even get sushi and home cooked type meals with mashed potatoes , chicken , etc ... even their Pizza is pretty okay ... you can also sit outside if you don't want to eat in the court ... and of course you can get coffee there .
It has a lovely flower shop and also a gift shop there .
It's right on Denton Tap Road near highway 121 .
Coppell vs Frisco Vs Plano ?
OOOHHHHH, all area great! I believe Frisco will give the biggest ROI, and Celina is a close second:)

I totally agree! I am hoping they really do something about it this time. Most people moving here have a state income tax, and we don't. So it somewhat balances for them. At least that is what I try to explain to people relocating here:)
@@lifeindallasfortworth Good, because it is also a nightmare trying to fight those property tax increases….Texas has made it difficult, tell your buyers to hire firms that fight for them, worth the cost…most of these firms have ex property appraisers…..part of the “ good ole boy” network. Coppell has some decent schools, but other cities do not…cost of private schools is also an issue.
