Sadly if you play on the NA region, it would probably be harder to find guilds who do that stuff.. What I've noticed is EU servers have a lot more smallscale guilds than what NA does. You can always ask in map chat, check the forums to see if people are advertising, or you can simply create your own and build what you want from there.
