    "Not swimmable".
They should call it Overground, not Overseas.
    Beautiful though.

That movement is so tiny. Looks kind of comical against that caseback.

I guess you prefer a wider, thicker and less efficient movement.

Is it made of 24k gold and precious stones? Otherwise, why would anyone waste that much money on a watch? 🙄. And if you think that's okay, then you're part of what's wrong with the world.

I'm certain you and you and your BLM socialist friends are THE problem in this world. So it's fine that you waste your money on Hennessy, Newports, Fubu, and Chick-fil-A, but buying a rare watch that will appreciate in value is a waste of money? Reenroll in high school, kid

First off, 24KT gold is bendable … there is no watchmaker using a 24KT gold case … Rolex, Audemars, Breitling all use 18KT … In fact almost all the watch houses use 18KT … 2nd this is Vacheron Constantin, it is one of the three in the holy trinity in watchmaking … that alone is the value ^ 3rd this is a perpetual calendar (meaning) that it is accurate up to the year 2100, it knows leap years, it knows when certain months have 29 days versus 31 days and so forth … if that wasn’t enough, it’s a skeleton dial, someone with a lot patience spent literal weeks polishing and beveling the edges of the movement … this is all hand done, to say incredible is an understatement … the movement and the case are then graded by The poincon de Geneve … maybe .03% of watches coming out of Switzerland pass the mark … not a single Rolex does …
But for me - I would prefer the white gold version of this watch (as) it was originally made as a sports watch … also the caliber is in-house manufactured … I would take the original 4300 grey dial which was manufactured for just a single year …

@@clydemorgandale802 Thank you. Your comment was very informative. I can see you're very passionate about watches and I can respect that. However, I'm a minimalist so this is still too much of an obscene price to pay for jewelry.

Just because you don't have the means to spend six figures for a watch doesn't mean those who do are part of what's wrong with the world. What's wrong with the world are people like you who make value judgements such as you did. What's next? You're going to vote for politicians who will regulate what you or I can spend our money on?!?! That's a new level of wrong. MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!
