Ican't believe it's been almost a year this I've started my lightsaber building project. I don't think I've ever spent this long on a personal hobby project. Granted, it's takes a lot longer when you're documenting everything with 2 cameras in 4K and maxing out your computer storage once a week. But still.. this has been a hell of a ride. And I don't know if I can continue...

ngl i sat there checking every video to see what could have been the problem. thought maybe having a 7/82 blade plug would help with seeing the light without having to make the blade yet or something... but damn i should've thought that it was the sd card too!
anyways, good to see you found that sd card and now you probs pretty much troubleshooted the problem man, looks like the force was still with you after all!
Though i'll still throw in the blade and blade plug advice if you want it of course. ;)
By my search based on the last vid, i thought a blade plug, assuming at 7/8 diameter, might be helpful to use for power up testing espically with them connections at the neopixel adapter area. by that search, looks like SaberBay have some neopixel compatible plugs.

I'm going to start building my own saber (saber forge black and gold bane mk2 with exposed crystal chamber) and this play list helped prepare me for what to expect. Quick question. Could you have soldered everything to the board ran extra length of wire through the chassis and hilt, then added each component and cut the wire to size as needed or would that not have worked?
