Hello! Thanks for the video! It's been very hard for me to find simple information about what to do after it's been issued. I thought that I'd be able to view all of my information details and gain access to some sort of electronic document with the picture I submitted and a code to be scanned at the airport. Or is the e-mail I got from them the only document I need? Being unable to see all the information makes me very anxious because then I can't see if something, other than what's shown in the e-mail, needs to be corrected. Or is it possible to see it somewhere? I've been thinking of starting over and then make a new NZETA simply because I'm so scared that there might be an error in there that I can't check.

My current NZeTA expires 9 days before I'm thinking of travelling to NZ, I don't want to leave things until the last minute, but the App just shows my current NZeTA and won't give me the option to apply for a new one. Could I do it via the website and if so will the new one replace or tag on to old one? Thanks in advance...Geoff
Thanks, Geoff! I'm glad you found the video helpful. For renewing your NZeTA, you can apply for a new one via the official New Zealand Immigration website. Here's the link you need: www.immigration.govt.nz/new-zealand-visas/apply-for-a-visa/about-visa/nzeta . You can apply for a new NZeTA even if your current one is still valid.
