I have completed my 2nd sem and got the result yesterday (4th july). The application deadline is 15th of july and my aps and language certificates are pending. What should i do? Should i continue with 3rd sem?

Bhai mene bachelors ka 1year complete kar liya hai and mai aage ki study ke liye germany jaana chahta hu or mai abhi A1 level bhi sikh raha hu kya aap mujhe yeah bata skte ho ke mujhe public university mai admission mil jayegi sidhi ya fir koi paper Dena padhega? Plzz bhai help
