antibes on the Cote de sur, near Cannes, how lucky all of you. loved your workout sheet. loved the tiny little pull buoy icon. What amazed me was work sheet and you, your instructions ......not so different from our little Master team. Like all the tools you use. I love my fins, paddles, snorkels, etc. My theory has always been the more toys, the more I swim. However those colors listed on the sheet; white, blue, pink, Red.....not sure what they mean. Cute, but our coach is color blind 😊

Thanks for your effort to make such video. I wonder what does the short form mean in the program e.g. SC, SH and different colours of words.
SH means Siobhan.
SC means scull.
The number is RPE if you pause video you can see chart.
Colour is energy zone.

How to swim fast for 50 m free
Fast kick, fast arms, good break out, good start using your arms as well as legs, and preferably dont breathe. Train sprints in practice and train more general strength/ mobility/ explosiveness outside of the pool. Recover well

Does the mizuno MR and CR have more compression than the venzo?
MR does, CR doesn’t, but it’s different compression as Venzo is from taping.
@@TheSwimsuitGuy So would you say that the MR is better for sprints than the Venzo?
What is Siobhan doing in Paris? 100 and 200 F is the norm. Will she do 50 F too. Shame not to do that ; Anyone has potential to win the 50F ( depending on how other swimmers feel on that day!!- please don’t mention that to Brett). Will she do the 100 breast. I have seen her do well in other championships.
