Wow…what an an excellent vid. I’ve been trying to look for a vid that explains In detail all the AMPs, Watts and Volts. Everyone else never talks about this detail.
And when you call customer service department with sales. They do the calculations and never tell you how to derive it.
    Thanks man. Your awesome. 🙏💪💪💪

Really glad you're able to display what the EG4 6000XP is capable of, and thrilled that this will satisfy your needs of powering the water well & pressure pump! This is going to be an exciting project to follow, and can't wait to see the panel installation, conduit job, inverter & batteries installation. There are numerous people out there that would love to have another way to power their water wells, and you're displaying a wonderful solution for that community. Thanks so much for sharing!

I have the exact well set up you have, except I have a 3hp pump and it draws a bit more power. So glad you are doing this video, there is very little info out there for solar on deep wells with heavy pumps! Thank you for the math in the beginning, so helpful. I will be watching and learning, thank you!!!

Well done 👏 pun intended. I have been wanting to make this video for my customers but I don’t have the editing patience. Thank you! I hope you are filling a pond with that much power!

@@OffGridEssentialsbyFirebear nope. Just 5 homes on my property. Well doesn’t have a high enough flow rate to do much more than that.

Well, at least you don’t have a monthly water bill or electric bill to run those 5 homes anymore. Love it!

I literally just completed almost the exact same install for my well pump! 6000xp, battery, 12 455w panels on ballast mounts. It's been working flawlessly so far! I just need to figure out the app.

have you looked into the 48v RPS Solar Wells?
I have been using them for the cattle on the farm for years.

Would a soft start work on the well pump to reduce inrush? I cut my inrush on my 3 ton AC unit by about 75% with a soft start unit.

@@Zippy1415 from what I understand soft starts won’t work on deep water well pumps. 😒
