Not sure where to start...WOW!! The designer of this Montana put function over fashion!! LOVE it!!! This 362RD has so many fabulous ideas in one BEAUTIFUL 5th Wheel!!! The entry hutch is perfect!! The design & layout of the rear den make it such a FLEXIBLE space that can be used by ANYONE!! :)
tough choice between a model like this and the sister Couger mid-bunk. Bonus with this Montana is the 1/2 bath and gas/electric fridge of course.
Yeah this is a surprise favorite to me. If I had a couple teenage kids this thing would be amazing. Having two fully functional living areas sounds insane... but it just somehow... works.
I know you take trade-ins. What do say you throw in a stackable washer/dryer and a dually to tow this and you can have my van and my 1/2 acre with my 3 bedrooms split level house? We're 40 minutes from NYC or the ocean. I'm kidding, but I wish I weren't!
Careful what you wish for. Back when Mr. Haylett had his farm we once took in a horse and a lake lot on trade.

Can the theater seating position swap with the kitchen table? I'd prefer the reclining relax seating by the tv, and the table across from the island.

What are the dimensions of the rear bunks? In other words, how tall will the kids have to be before they outgrow those bunks?

Are we able to choose a different type of refrigerator, because I’m having trouble finding a full fridge.
This model comes with only a single configuration. We have similar models in Open Range and North Point that allow for larger refrigerators however.
Hey Josh, love your videos! I wanted to toss a suggestion to you about the video. I noticed the left lower third is being taken up by the logo. I've seen other RV stores doing the same thing and I find it can be somewhat distracting. You do a great job capturing the features and details and I think with how well branded the channel is, that lower left third overlay can be more of a hindrance than a help. Just my two cents. Always appreciate your honesty and candor.
You'll notice this is actually a new addition to our videos. I loathe that I *NEED* to do it. Our videos are basically pirated by other dealers for their own benefit like crazy. Even MFG reps use my videos to show customers. I had to put our name so blatantly in front of a customer's face because people are too shady to do their own work.

One of their more popular High Country models actually. It's a weird duck for sure, but nothing else exactly like it out there.

It's specifically based on a hard weight number. It's when you need more payload to compensate for heavier hitch weights on some of these giants.
Haylett RV So, for this Montana 362RD? Would a F350 diesel SRW do it safely? I know it's 13k pounds, but don't see the pin weight.

I've also begun including any specs available from a MFG in the video itself around the 00:05 mark on newer videos. You're really on the cusp of SRW vs DRW on these big guys. Most people with a SRW will end up adding some sort of suspension assist to their truck.
Haylett RV Thanks Josh. So, a dually or SRW with bags, or similar. Got it. If we go 1 Ton, it will be the wife's daily driver. Trying to avoid dually-land. May have to go Cougar or similar. Thx again!

Why are only mor ryde steps (I think that's what they are called) in the back
Great question! Normally the "High Country" series of Montanas do not use Mor/Ryde Steps. This floorplan though requires a door directly above the tires. Normal folding steps can't go here since they require a step well below the skirt of the RV. The Mor/Ryde step is the solution in this instance.

"Wrong Side." Where else would it go? It's in the hallway.
Are you referring to the hinge design? This is purpose-built to pivot away from open drawers to avoid accidental damage. It's absolutely mounted in the correct side/location.
no sorry meant shower door...you have to get in and out on the sink side
No, you don't. Look at the pictures of this model on our website. The shower door can open from either side. It simply locks in place for transit on the left side.
then if that is the case there is nothing at all wrong...love this one
