@@Fenar_ Not Fender. Leo Fender was an engineer who relied on guitar players to tell him what they wanted in an instrument. He never learned to play guitar.
+niptodstan He is a millionaire and probably could get one for free if he would like through his connections at PRS. I am sure if he wanted one he would get one. No guitar is out of his reach.
+Matthew Pettersen Haha all endorsed players get free guitars, man. Thats one of the huge perks of endorsing gear. Companies arent going to have you endorse their gear and then make you pay for it. And the rumor is that he is working on his own signature.
Spedly I understand that I have endorsements with a couple music companies and I have friends who do endorsements with Ibanez and even PRS I believe. The issue is that if it were a limited edition guitar and they do not have them on hand they can not do anything about it.
Paul used to be a well known guitar player back in the day. I saw him play many times at the old Charlie's West Side Tavern in West Annapolis, MD. He is a very down to Earth guy. He even showed me about the MXR Dyna-Comp back then. He simply does not have the time these days for learning new music.
I used to be die hard for gibson, until I first picked up a PRS and was blown away by the super smooth playability and incredible tone. Not saying Gibson doesn't make a nice guitar, you just get more for your money with PRS imo
Thank you for posting this video, I was there but way off to the side, so it's nice to see it clearly! I remember Paul's reaction to Myles playing Camptown Races, but I hadn't been able to see Myles' goofy faces, LoL. And I also couldn't see Paul trying to keep up with Mark on a song he didn't know how to play!
I was at that show and when he PRS himself came out it was just awesome. It was an amazing show & to have Paul on stage for a few minutes waw amazing & really cool!
***** Great guitars but absolutely not the best brand for the money. Quite the contrary. Probably the worst brand for the money. PRS sell standard, off-the-shelf guitars for the same price as a quality USA custom guitar.
shredx81 Prove it! back up your mouth with facts, what you're saying is far from the truth. I own two beautiful outrageous sounding PRS SE guitars that are far below market price...just like there's a seat for every ass....find yours.
Terrance Hill I'm talking about the Premium guitars by PRS in Maryland (Custom 22, 24 etc). I'm not talking about the mass-produced SE range guitars that are made on a factory line in Korea. Go and do your research & understand how virtually every guitar company has a mass-production outlet in Asia. (ESP-Ltd, Suhr-Rasmus etc) Don't for a minute compare your shitty SE guitars with the stunning tone-machines that Paul builds in the USA. You bought two of 'em aswell. You could've saved your money & bought a real 2nd-hand PRS. Good work. How does it feel to own two relatively crap guitars?
shredx81 The SE division of PRS was started in the 1990's at the request of Carlos Santana to Paul Smith. The concept Carlos was reaching for was to bring a PRS guitar to the marketplace that was "affordable" for the average guitar players while taking market share away from the competition such as Fender''s Mexican made guitars and Gibson's Epiphone division. PRS sent a team of guitar builders and engineers to South Korea and in an unparalleled business plan brought the same skillful materials and design standards which were incorporated in the Summerville Maryland plant from its origin in the late 1980's. If you don't know all the facts Brit, back off. Why is it that Great Britain doesn't make a single electric guitar that is played worldwide? You guys claim to know everything, when in fact its all BS and you've had your ass handed to you over and over by America. We invented the electric guitar, rock and roll, the blues and most useful applications used in the modern world. When are you going to start? Also when are you going to develop a decent You Tube site, yours is an empty shell...
You can see him say "when's the solo" and Mark says "after the last chorus" and he does it during the chorus anyways and Myles has that "whatever?" look lmao
Same day any of us would be having trying to learn a song in the moment, on stage, in front of hundreds of people. When he came in to solo, he killed it. Even the best guitarists (and Paul makes amazing guitars because he truly is an amazing player) wouldn't pick something up that quickly, in that environment. The chord changes for some of the parts of the song were fairly quick -- again, not an easy thing to just "get" after a few attempts.
hey not knowing the song is not an excuse. a few of the songs from Creed's first two albums were not thought out. they were created around improv done at their shows. "higher" is one of those songs.
@109797187630819241338 Ive met Mark several times over the years. Mark is a very classy dude. Poor you, they didn't play a song you felt they should play. PRS was clearly having fun regardless.
@Nickhead87 " I don't know. You kinda cried a little bit more than Scotty." Your post contradicts itself. First you claim " I don't know. " Then you use "kinda." None of it makes sense. Once you claim you don't know, nothing beyond that is relevant. The comment I originally responded to over five years ago has been deleted. I was not responding to "Scotty." Try harder when you attempt to troll.
Man I love this band with everything in me but why couldn't they take 10 minutes to teach Paul the song beforehand? He killed it when he did play but looked lost almost the entire time.
Yo también quiero ese tigre que lleva por guitarra PSR todo es cuestión de un milagro aunque no me temo que lo único que tendrá que pasar es aflojar la cartera
The difference between les paul and paul in terms of guitar playing is paul's style seems to be more modern, les paul was more old school because he was playing since the 50's i think. That's why gibson les pauls tend to have more classic hard rock sound while prs are more modern they sound like those modern alternative metal music
PRS can innovate more on their guitars and get away with it. Die hard Gibson people raise hell when you innovate a Les Paul! I know, I feel the same but as soon as I can I'm getting a PRS!

I don't know how this was done, but hack someone else, and leave any negative comments away from my name! I'm not down with that highschool bullshit!!!!!
To be honest, a PRS through anything other than the First Act Toys R Us amps is gonna sound amazing. Only exception is digital modeling amps (Vypyr, Line 6, etc) since they model tones the same no matter what the guitar used is.
I can see 4 PRS's. And one of them is human. This is just fuckin' awesome :D
A major guitar company where the owner actually plays guitar, that's pretty rare.
No pretty much all the CEO’s of major companies don’t play guitar lol
Rimorox yeah but the guys that started those companies did
gingataff it’s refreshing
@@Fenar_ Not Fender. Leo Fender was an engineer who relied on guitar players to tell him what they wanted in an instrument. He never learned to play guitar.
I like how mark is teaching paul the song as they go haha. great performance!
Myles should have a PRS Signature.
The guys fills are mad of pure class and that vibrato is great.
I've said the same. Myles is a good player and he must wish he had one. He's got one of the best voices too.

Wow! Paul on stage, promoting his brand, and paying homage to one of his longstanding endorsees. That, my friends, earns my respect!
bass player is like yeah dont worry about me guys just pretend im not here

+Maxi Hawlata Brian Marshall who skipped leg day*
hey brothers in iron! i usually skip arms dayy

The top on Paul's guitar is absolutely wicked!
Mr. Paul and Mr. Mark are such great people. Just raw and true happening in real time! Myles... love ya man! Love this video! 🤘
I used to be die hard for gibson, until I first picked up a PRS and was blown away by the super smooth playability and incredible tone. Not saying Gibson doesn't make a nice guitar, you just get more for your money with PRS imo
Doesn't Paul just have the most amazing tone?!? His guitar just sings.
It's those pick up, it's more bluesy sound
"What the fuck was that" i can't.
Pretty cool how Mark left his guitar volume up after the song and just let the amp get hold of it.

Thanks for the awesome videos!!!
The love for PRS and for the fans, one of the reasons I love AB and Tremonti.
Thank you for the video!!!!! GOD bless and keep you and JESUS loves you!!!!!
Holy crap! Awesome man! Great Job!!!

You have no idea how much joy this brought me
I bet Paul thought 'wow, I've played with them' and they thought 'wow, we've played with him'!
this is exactly what its like to play with my dad
Keith Freeman hahaha this is so funny comment!!
You can see him say "when's the solo" and Mark says "after the last chorus" and he does it during the chorus anyways and Myles has that "whatever?" look lmao
Look at Myles' face in 6:59 hahahahaha
Such an amazing show last night ! xD
Yeah I'm Looking at Prs guitars for while now..sound good!
Paul is like every rock guy on his first jazz jam session
everytime I watch this video it makes me smile
he seemed so nervous all the time
he's a great player, he must have been having one of those days...
Tremonti is an ungrateful jerk!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Scott Perry You are an absolute moron, and clearly didnt watch the video.
Same day any of us would be having trying to learn a song in the moment, on stage, in front of hundreds of people. When he came in to solo, he killed it. +Scott Perry how? tremonti tilts his guitar towards Paul so that he can pick up on the chords he's using. that doesn't sound ungrateful to me.
just love these guys =) good peeps
Really cool video!
...he should have learned the song ;-)
Paul looked a little lost.
yea they made paul look stupid smh
hey not knowing the song is not an excuse. a few of the songs from Creed's first two albums were not thought out. they were created around improv done at their shows. "higher" is one of those songs.
Hahaha so awkward for quite a while but Paul finally really got comfortable in there and cut some cabbage.
I LOVE ALTER BRIDGE SO MUCH! THEY ARE MY EVERYTHING!
And this is just so fuckin cool! Love it!
💥💯🖤🆎️🎸🎶🤘
Mark: this is how you play this
Paul: want a guitar kids
why didnt he learned the song before he went on stage.
such a inspirational band
what's the odds of you jamming with Mr. PRS??? fuck! :)
I think his chances are pretty high! Haha
Clayton Murray hahahaha for them, i meant for some mortal, like everybody else..
great video
wow..
fucking amazing..
BEST BAND EVER.
Ya 1 año escuchando a AB y es genial cada dia. Renacer entre las cenizas. Mexico sera ya tiempo ?
Omg. This is True Brotherhood right there
My most favorite one ever,8:58🤘🎸
Fukin Awesome!!
Seeing Mark's guitar gave me an idea to use a fender hard tail bridge on a Tremonti SE custom if the fender bridge will fit obviously
you´re so lucky!!! i wish they played in Argentina :/
Mark Tremonti is not my favorite guitarist, but he seems like a pretty cool guy.
No Class..........
Scott Perry You clearly know nothing about him.

Good!
Pure
ROFL "what the fuck was that"
Pauls tone!
They still end their shows with this song!!~
Man I love this band with everything in me but why couldn't they take 10 minutes to teach Paul the song beforehand? He killed it when he did play but looked lost almost the entire time.
hellyeah \m/ prs guitars

Game Over
kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk
PRS had a great time it seems
Is that a Franciscan Cord? The one in Mark's neck
Why didn't they learn the song beforehand?
Yo también quiero ese tigre que lleva por guitarra PSR todo es cuestión de un milagro aunque no me temo que lo único que tendrá que pasar es aflojar la cartera
What is going on in Mark's rig that he needs a 16 channel mixer in his rack?
He just likes to do the mix for the monitors himself during soundcheck, so he doesn't need to bother the mixing guy.
The name of song at 2mn26?
Paul looks kinda like Brent Spiner nowdays.
i realy like what paul plays is there tabs for that ?
Mark is trying to show Paul the notes lol

ах какие гитары))
Guys, who is Paul Reed Smith? K looked him up. Do all of you have guitars and that's why you know who he is? Anycrap, thanks for the video. Love it.
8:40 8:46 😁😁
Is it me or actually the best guitar tone is the one coming from Paul¨s guitar?!!...jejejjeje
I was at this show, and was struck by how awkward this PRS appearance was. He just froze. I dont get it. BTW, highly recommend Alterbridge live.
He’s in standard and mark is not so it’s difficult to learn by watching
myles is awesome...somebody get that man a sandwich
What's the PRS Myles is using?
+Guilherme Nunes I believe it is a stripped SC58.
Thanks! :v
Guilherme Nunes idk d out here but as if a rig rundown in 2016 he’s using a SC245.
Guilherme Nunes th-cam.com/video/Wlfs4NyfLms/w-d-xo.html
Huh ... I prefer Miles' tone. I'd still take MT model though ;-)
Bring a fucking JMP to the old men, NOW!
lmfao paul said what the fuck was that
Paul is just not suited to modern rock. I think it would probably be similarly awkward if the AB guys went and sat in with Paul's band for a tune.
Think they would do well.
I don;t know who has my name hacked as slammin", Paul, Mark , or Miles, but get hack someone else besides me! I totally respect those cats, and would never make a comment about the in a negative way! Someone turn off the fucking amp!!
Shite
Only Paul and Carlos Santana know how to get great tone from PRS guitars. Other PSR guitarist has shitty tone, lower your treble please!
Universal Liberty Mark Tremonti...
To be honest, a PRS through anything other than the First Act Toys R Us amps is gonna sound amazing. Only exception is digital modeling amps (Vypyr, Line 6, etc) since they model tones the same no matter what the guitar used is.
so your telling me that myles and mark cant play you must be deaf
