The Grand Nairobi Bike Race, launched in 2019, began as a modest yet ambitious initiative aimed at bringing together cyclists from all walks of life for a day of enjoyment on the vibrant streets of Nairobi.
What started with just 450 participants in 2019 has now blossomed into a major annual event, attracting over 1,400 cyclists in 2023 from various countries.

Hah ati me a Pro!?🤣🤣 infact I'll never call myself a cyclist again after how I was overtaken by the real pros on that downhill... while ati putting in my best effort!
@@michellemajonjo3555 Hey with 21 gears It sounds like you already have the right combo - as long as the smallest infront is driving the biggest rear: you'll be good for most climbs... and the vice-versa combo for downhill speed: Biggest front driving smallest rear ( the rest is all down to muscle training though😥)
