It would be amazing if you kept doing "follow alongs" after these toturials! Personally, I really enjoy doing them and I am having an awesome time hitting that replay button on the press to handstand video. It gives me motivation knowing that I and doing the right workout!

I would love to see a full body flexibility follow along video from you Gabo. I started training mobility like 4 years ago and I have improved a lot, now I'm even doing gymnastics, but some muscles are really hard to improve. I reached a plateau in hamstrings and shoulders really soon, I haven't improved almost nothing in 1 year :( and yeah I can do a full pike stretch but I feel the muscles very tight.
I was trying it when my head was too low, and it felt like impossible to balance and press that Thanks to your video , I started not to bent my arms too much and got improved
One day, i surely will revisit this video again, because i am insufficient skills to perform this. nevertheless, this will be one of my goal ! Thank you so much gabo for the most interesting tutorial video, at least to me. Thank you! 🙏

What should I work on? I can I only do like half way from the sitting position to the handstand......like I can't seem to lift my lower up at all
