Spring Hill needs to widen roads before they build these massive developments.

Tell everyone that all Spring Hill home owners water bill is going up to build water towers to supply these developers water for there new homes . Our city council has sold the home owners out this cost should have been paid by the developer. They always get the cart before the horse. Brick and mortar stores are a thing of the pass. There’s 4 empty food stores closed right in the middle of town.

What about schools, fire and police? That's a lot of people expected to move in.

    • @ruthfennell7750

That will be up to the rest of the taxpayers to fund... Developers only focus on THEIR projects... NOT the impact it has on others with the need for more schools, fire stations, police officers, public works, etc... places like this are a pox upon Middle TN... And look at the home prices ... Californians, come on down...

Sad to see this. Traffic is a nightmare already. This project will make the area far less desirable, unless you enjoy sitting in your car most of the day. Madness.

The video is cool, but the homes are not for your average native Tennesseans, that have jobs here...The homes are more for the transplants moving here, that work from home earning California, Chicago, and New York wages...Because Tennessee wages do not even compare with them...Homes like these 4 years ago sold for tops $450,000 to $500,000...

you might want to look up the UN agenda for "15 minute cities". Search for the capital connections. in short follow the money. lots of UN buzz words in the video

This frustration is mis-directed. Years, decades ago, farmers sold their land to developers. It wasn’t long ago that the only grocery store was Food Lion. Do the people in Spring Hill and it’s next generation not deserve more?
Having a walkable town widens the possibility to those who may not have a car yet like some young adults.
I agree, watching rolling hills flattened by construction vehicles is painful but limited resources is not how zpeople want to live.
Spring Hill is thriving, that should be a good thing.

it is so sickening. it takes 30 minutes to get from the high school to walmart. it's so bad. I notice about 1/3 car tags are out of state. I remember when spring hill got 3 patrol cars I can't imagine how many they have now. 100s of 1000s of quickly built condos and 2000$ apts built on top of each other trying really hard to pull out on a narrow 2 lane main street. I think I drove down Bourbon st faster in NOLA seriously
