My Great Grandmother in Montserrat used to make coconut dumplins grated in the flour and they were incomparable, to die for! 💖😋yum🥟

We make coconut dumplings in St. Kitts all the time. 🙌🏽

There was a lot more involved in this than just coconut. I like that we can add or omit as we see fit, and even though cooking rice is not my forte, I am going to give this a go because I have faith in your instructions 🤞🏼wish me luck 😉

My current conquest is a medium cabbage from the community garden. I've got it in the slow cooker with water, seasoned with soy sauce and white vinegar.
I'm thinking, pork as the main protein.:)
