I used to watch this all the time a couple years after it came out, I've always been obsessed with dragons.

this is actually the dragon dance competition held in Miaoli, Taiwan every year called 夜光龍 (night-light-dragon)

I remember one year during my elementary school years on Chinese New Year they had a Chinese Dragon come in and brought the school good luck by flying around the gymnasium :3

Spectacular! The dragon is illuminated while it moves freely and gracefully. It takes quite a bit of coordination.

its amazing how they can maneuver that whole dragon body only using stiff poles and creating those curves, trust me i've tried it before it takes really good timing and visual analysis to achieve doing this, nice vid ;).
