I remember one year during my elementary school years on Chinese New Year they had a Chinese Dragon come in and brought the school good luck by flying around the gymnasium :3
its amazing how they can maneuver that whole dragon body only using stiff poles and creating those curves, trust me i've tried it before it takes really good timing and visual analysis to achieve doing this, nice vid ;).
The music and the dragon orb is really useful the dragon orb and the dragon music it can force the dragon to dance it forces it so the dragon can dance

I used to watch this all the time a couple years after it came out, I've always been obsessed with dragons.
this is actually the dragon dance competition held in Miaoli, Taiwan every year called 夜光龍 (night-light-dragon)
I love the dark shapes of the dancers and the PEPSI BALL.
this is the most coolest thing i've ever seen!

this looks so amazing the people controling it are so good that i thought the dragon was alive doing it by it's self!
I saw a dance just like this at the Kung-Fu show we had in Wellington. It was gorgeous.

I find this very adorable for no reason, lol!
It was shows like this one that inspired my love of dragons.
Spectacular! The dragon is illuminated while it moves freely and gracefully. It takes quite a bit of coordination.
spectacular.....gorgeus....cheers from Puerto Rico a tropical island at the Caribbean Sea. (US territory).

The "ball" is mearnt to symbolise a pearl....
Oh
The pearl looks like a ball that the dragon has been trying to eat since 100 years 💀
I wish our team was able to dragon dance like this before everyone went off to college and the team disbanded :(
Im relatively certain it's Chinese.
Yes, it’s originally Chinese.

The music and the dragon orb is really useful the dragon orb and the dragon music it can force the dragon to dance it forces it so the dragon can dance
This may be weird but, why is a gigantic dragon chasing after a ball?
i saw this at school too!
Zephyr4501 It's chasing after a dragon orb. Images of dragons in the Asian culture portray the dragons with an orb.
AtarashiNOhi iirc, the orb is a pearl/dragon egg
Its a fire orb and i believe the orb represents the sun.
The music is japanese but not the chinese equipment
truly spectacular

To @shiokzzz124:the main point is the watch the gragon, not look the people who danced the dragon!

what does the ball symbolize ???
I believe it is the Pearl of Wisdom, a Chinese dragons greatest treasure.
