no joke, if you feel any pain while playing osu, just take a break and stop playing osu for a while
it took me 12 days to recover which is extremely fast in my opinion, so remember lads

im pretty sure i've gotten rsi twice, and the second time i got it i was able to pretty much cure it in just 2 weeks or so
all i did was do wrist/finger stretching for a few minutes before and after playing
