I read that she always wore wigs because the show was with audience and the physical comedy was so much there wasn't time to fix her hair in between. Her wig stylist always made her cap of the wig extra tight so it would pull her face back to give a face lift effect since she was older than Desi
I'm a huge Lucy fan, love this one, please do Marlo Thomas That Girl. She had big eye make up, and a cute flip hair style that would be fun. You make a beautiful lucy. I keep thinking of doing her one Halloween.

Discovering Lucy is always a joy and I'm glad you recognize her classic beauty. Yes, she is definitely one of the greatest actresses of all time and was extremely brave which is all an actor requires.
Before you said how hard the hair was to do I was thinking oh my gosh I would never have the patience to do that hair style it looks hard!! I remember staying up with my mom to watch Lucy. On my 8th birthday she woke me up to eat my icebox pie and she let me watch I Love Lucy it was the best birthday ever. I think I would like to see you do Carol Burnett as Mrs Wiggins.

Awesome. When I was in cosmetology school, some of us were asked to pick an iconic person in history and recreate their look on our manikins. I picked Lucy and I gotta A, nailed it! I did it 2 ways. Once with pincurls and once with perm rods. I've always felt she was one of the most beautiful women of her time.
