Outstanding Video. Tommy seems to be a great guy too. I love the 2 strike no stride. I used it all the time in all counts back in the day. I actually was watching Wally Joyner hit and it clicked. Strike outs reduced considerably. My son is a HS Jr. and this routine will work great for us. Thanks again for the great content.

My daily hitting routine is going out on the tee multiple times a day, however many times i feel like it, and working on the smallest details i can. I check everything on the internet, with one of my team coaches, school coaches, and hitting trainer.
My point is...
There is no magical drill thats going to make you better. The best, and fastest, way to get better is to understand what your doing, what other people do, whats right (gray area tbh so more personal, but still correct.) , what you need to do, and then just rep it out until your good.
The best tip i can give:
if you can do it in your head smoothly, you know what you need to do physically.

I do believe in drills. Just for the right person. But camwood and pro velocity bay are good additions

Watching this now, it's obvious why he has shoulder issues. The biggest problem in baseball now is over training as a youth, especially with the rise of local training facilities.
