Thanks for posting this up, got my qs165 up and running for a mini bike project. Was thinking about changing the sprocket size but didn’t know what the shaft was underneath (spline, keyway, smooth, etc.) really appreciate it!
El motor QS 165 en su ficha tecnica dice que puede aceptar picos de 450A y 47NM, con una bateria de 72V al 100% estamos en una tension de 84V lo que nos da una potencia pico Maxima de 37.8KW esto es real? podria lograr esos niveles de potencia?
Nice work here, very useful knowledge for those seeking out this set up. I am currently pending receipt of QS-165 v1+Fardriver controller to install into a Razor MX650. I’m going straight 420 sprockets/chain, no gear reduction. Do you happen to know where I can source a front sprocket for this motor?

I am using a Dirty Bike front sprocket. If you just need the sprocket they might sell them in parts at americansurron.com
does the belt pulley have a 19mm axle !?
I wanna switch to this motor but have a Zero belt drive. pulley looks almost the same
The shaft is the same as a Sur Ron motor however the nut is much bigger a 24mm. Sorry I'm not sure if it is compatible with a Zero belt.
