Love that response by the Wild. Last few games they showed they didn’t give a crap. You don’t mess around when the GREEF line is on the ice.
I'm pretty sure that hit was actually before that first whistle so... Not sure what the issue was.

@@dahahni Fleury was in a vulnerable position. Goalies have actually gotten injured from incidents like that. Hence the dirty view as that was a very unnecessary and deliberate hit. Was Konecny deliberately trying to hurt Fleury? Given that Fluery is a very well known chirper I could see it but I don't think he was.
@@rainsilent But Travis doesn't know he's going to fly into the now compromised goalie it's a bang bang play, this is getting close to the NFL in let's protect the quarterback. It's freaking hockey they need to have hits like this, or then what's even the point.

TK was born to wear the Philadelphia FLYERS JERSEY. I have enjoyed watching him play from the very first game he played for the FLYERS. He has that Philadelphia attitude he is going to hit you and it doesn't matter who the other player is.

Konecny did nothing wrong. He was driving to the net until the whistle blew. What's he supposed to do? Dive out of the way?.... especially when you're playing a super dirty team. At least they were that game. I love how he got up grinning ear to ear.

eh, personally i didn't even hear what anyone of the announcers said as i just don't care about it. unless the announcer is overtly annoying they're just background noise for me.

They got the talent to win the cup and when they do it's going to be hard to get it off of them. They got one hell of a great team. @@jimwelsh997 Thanks but honestly unless we get some defensive help we are done in the playoffs...we have good offense but Dubus our GM is wasting their years by providing us with the type of Swiss cheese like defense for the past how many seasons and this season is no different...have not followed the Flyers much this season, they would be smart to dump good players for draft picks IMO but I really do not believe that Chuck Fletcher, your GM is any good either...trading Travis Konecny should fetch you a lot but I do not feel Fletcher would get what your team needs...never agreed with his signing of Hayes...Fletcher reminds me of Burke, former GM of the Leafs...signed big name, small results players for the Leafs for a ton of money leaving us with no cap room...then again Dubus IMO did that with Nylander...yeah I know he is doing well this season but he is a defensive liability...also Matthews just got injured so depending on how long that will run, we might not even make the playoffs if we tank now like we always do at some point during the season (yeah I have no faith in my team, can you blame me, 55 years of Stanley Cup drought and counting...)

But waywho I saw the hit and they hit each other and TK got him better. I don't know who that wild player was. But I guess he is one of those players that no one is allowed to hit. That way I can understand cause it was like that back when Bobby Clarke was playing. A unwritten rule so it's pretty much the same thing. But it was a good clean hit by both of them.
