It's not appearing in the behaviour pack. I have enabled experimental features. Like it's not appearing in My packs or Active Packs. Do u know what I can do pls.

You have to put the Bp pack in Android/data/Com.minecraftpe/files/games/com.mojang/behavior_pack
And
You have to put the Rp pack in Android/data/Com.minecraftpe/files/games/com.mojang/resource_pack
You can use ZArchiver or any other app for this.
