  • Amla powder was the very first Ayurvedic herb that I used many years ago when I first went natural.Amla is a popular herb because of its ability to grow natural hair long, strengthen and thicken the hair, as well as darken dull and lifeless hair strands.

I love using amla powder. It makes the hair Suuuuper soft, especially when mixed with a deep conditioner! It has also stopped my shedding! Also made my hair darker!

Ever since I went ayurveda i’ve seen nothing but great results in my hair. I incorporated aloe leaf at first and my hair immediately fell in love. I just recently started using amla as well as the other indian hair secret powders and WHEW CHYLE!
My hair has never felt this great and been this moisturized for days on end. I was never able to achieve a wash n go before and now i’m on my 3rd day of my wash n go this week with very defined and moisturized curls.
I also just started using avocado as apart of my DC and the softness... 🥺 The only thing about avocado and the powders guys, please use a conditioner like Shera explained to wash it out or you’ll be walking around with chunks in falling out your hair 🥴 GoodEnergii also put me on to a lot of ayurvedic rituals too. I love both of you guys 💕 And we want that aloe oil secret too!

I love Amla! In addition to adding it to my henna tea spritz and my henna gloss, I add it to shampoo and see a major difference when I don’t add it to the shampoo. Hair is softer and not stripped when I combine them.
Amla is also a great face exfoliater bc of its high Vitamin C. 😍🔥

Luv this, Luv this, Luv this! Needed a variation from my usual amla & methi mixture. You Tube slapped your vid up in my suggestions right on time! Must advise = do that wash/rinse out with Renpure instead of Suave. This is coming from the gurl who would dump a half of bottle of peppermint essential oil in a huge bottle of Suave Coconut Conditioner on the regular. Was advised by a professional hair stylist to upgrade on the rinse out conditioner and I saw the labelling on the Renpure so it became the new rinse out on the reg.
Thanks so much for the recipe - your vids are very satisfying to watch! You are so knowledgeable and present your content so professionally! Stay awesome!!

I agree with consuming nutrient-dense foods. I consume organic amla powder in the morning with MSM. The amla powder I use is beige-green, which differs from the oxidized, darker amla powders. I also use dried amla fruit in my tea spritz and liquid for my henna treatments. I recently purchased amla oil for my scalp oil mix.

Right before I got my cornrows in I did 6 weeks of amla. Mostly amla with a lil fenugreek powder and aloe vera powder. Brewed water and mixed in hibiscus petals, horsetail & nettle or calendula & burdock and used that as the liquid. The last mask I did your moringa and black rice milk recipe with some amla added in. Hair loved it!! Will go back to amla and moringa once the braods come out.😁

Hey SheRea♥️I took notes like the good student I am☺️. I’m going to be ready for my hair growth journey. I’m gifting my clippers to the family dog.

I tried this! I think I didnt add enough aloe because there was absolutely no slip the mixture and it was hard to get it to spread in my 4c hair. But when I washed it out my hair was so so so soft !! I will definitely do this recently again with some tweaking . Thanks alot for the video !!

You are most welcome. That’s why I say I like my mixtures loose! For this very reason
