I have to agree with Dolcefino on this one. He just described the greer administration. Also, based on information from relatives, friends, and neighbors, other district like Pasadena are worse, cronyism and nepotism is chronic. Promotion is based on how good of a sycophant you can be (if you are not a friend or family).
