And after that I got interesting event: it said that war is over and I had 2 options: lost cores on France and release it or lost a lot of stability. I obviously choose stability. I think it is worth to show it to other people. Also I am curious if Prince Henry dies as King of monarchist UK and Elisabeth II becomes queen then what happens with him ruling the Palestine. When I was playing as Finland after Battle of the Bosphorus when USSR attacked I got an event in which Sweden could do 3 things: do nothing, send equipment or join to war with USSR. It was because some of pact from XIX century. When I was playing Finland in Man the Guns I didn't see that event.
In that "Imperial Federation" at the end, you forgot to mention you can get the Dominion of North America, giving Canada cores on all of the USA as well.
About puppet Spain as the Soviet Union, you have to make sure Spain complete "Expand Soviet aid" focus or else they won't be your puppet (trust me I accidentally made that happened once)
It is also possible to get a collaboration government on yourself as Spain (with La Resistance). If you just don't recore Spain, you will get the event for "The Provisional Government of Spain". You have to select the one for making the collab government. You won't be able to do it through the decision. It is easiest as Carlists because you have an advisor to get extra compliance.

Through the Franco British Union and Commonwealth you can get an impressive amount of cores. Have both France and Spain take the Bourbon paths of their focus trees, and have Portugal go Monarchist. Have Portugal Core their African colonies and Form Porto- Brazil. Then have Spain unite with Portugal to form Iberia. Have France Annex them through Bourbon path, then have France take the colonial core focus and get lucky. Have South Africa form Great Zimbabwe, repuppet them. Do the same for New Zealand for the Polynesian formable and ensure they get all of their cores. Have the US core Alaska and Hawaii, they may technically be able to annex the USSR through Communist path but I'm not positive if they get Cores on it. Either way, form the Dominion of North America and take the Imperial Conference and core your newly found land. This should be the most cores you can get outside of doing the Yugoslavia capital cheese where you can core all of that land + all of the land in Europe + the USSR, as well as every core that the Ottomans and Greeks can get from their focus trees.
The Franco-British Union got a balancing update at some point. When the war ends, you either have to release France and lose its cores, or keep France and lose the cores while getting a ton of resistance.
Most Memey thing I know about HoI4 is apparantly known as Yugo-Strat and it allows you to conquer the allies by Feburary 1936 when starting as Germany. Here is how it goes: Start as Germany (obivously) Disband the Axis Set up naval invasions for France and Britian -3 units are enough for France. Just put one on Calais, one on Le Havre and one on the tile to the right of Le Havre, don't recall the name rn, might fix it later. All you need for France to captiulate are the norht eastern victory points. Don't pick any focus Wait for 10 PP and start improving relations with Yugoslavia until you have them at +11 minimum Wait for 50 PP and justify on the USA If done right until now, oyu should be able to create a faction with Yugoslavia (Relations must be +11 or higher) Now wait a few days until Yugoslavia gets couped If the Yugoslavian coup ends in a civil war, restart and try again. The chance for the civil war to happen is roughly 30% If you got the "clean" coup, you now have a war goal on Yugoslavia which should get guranteed by Britain within a few hours of the coup If you have your naval invasions set up, make sure they're set to "go" before declaring war and that you have naval supremacy for at least 6 horus after the start of the war If everything is done correctly, congrats you can now capitulate allies in 1936 For visual reference, go to HoI4s Speedrun.com page and check out the "Capitulate Allies" category
I think you should look at some of the different names a country calls themselves depending on ideology, because there's definitely got to be plenty we've never heard of. It's not just the independent nations too, even releasable ones join in. For example, did you know that fascist Azerbaijan calls themselves the Empire of Fire? It's way more hardcore than fascist Bhutan, also known as the infamous Thunder Dragon Empire. Don't forget formables either or you'll miss out on wild oddities such as Communitas Proletariique Romani (communist Roman Empire) and the Chinese Constitutional Monarchy (democratic Chinese Empire).

IDK if it is well known or not, but you can have USA cores as Monarchist or Fascist UK. United the Anglosphere > Conquer all of the USA (No puppet) > Decision give to Canada > Imperial Federation. You got USA Cores. You can also do EU with Fascist UK too, so more cores (IDK about generals and field marshals).
If you play with Turkey starting in 1936 and do not choose any political focus (not even the Montreux convention) in the 1939 elections there will be two candidates: Kazim Orbay and the ex-caliph Abdülmecid
If you go fascist UK you can add the USA and Ireland to that imperial federation, and the form the EU, coring France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Totally not overpowered at all. Also, Mountain General is literally the only TH-camr I have ever seen do the Oster Conspiracy.

Its so unfair how all you need for Byzantine now is just turkey (and maybe bulgaria??) but to form rome you need the Roman Empire at its greatest extent. Honestly both should have been easter eggs, but if they plan to make Roma a focus tree branch you should only have to control parts of yugo, greece france and spain. That's a very recent thing, yes. It's added as a workaround because so much of Italy's focus tree gets locked out when they don't control Ethiopia (by themselves or with a puppet).

Oh yeah, if you have the Franco-British Union while at peace, an event will now fire where you can either end the union and release France, or keep them. In both cases, you lose your French cores and not releasing France also creates tons of resistance. If you're wanting to make a Super Imperial Federation, I suggest just forgetting about Franco-Britain and going straight for the EU as fascist Britain. I'm bringing this up because literally nobody seems to have spotted that update down here.

The mexico thing is real. It gets called "dominion of mexico" and has a custom flag, alongside one of the mexican leaders. Maybe its game mechanics mixing up with console commands and being janky. Nice video tho, please do more

It is also possible to get a collaboration government on yourself as Spain (with La Resistance). If you just don't recore Spain, you will get the event for "The Provisional Government of Spain". You have to select the one for making the collab government. You won't be able to do it through the decision. It is easiest as Carlists because you have an advisor to get extra compliance.

- Megali Convention was a failure (only Italy attended or nobody attended/approved)
- Choose the democratic side in the ensuing civil war
- 80 days later the Anatolian fascists will rebel, Greece must turn fascist
- If the Nazis lost the civil war from Oppose Hitler, and Greece has both formed Byzantium and controls Constantinople, Cyprus, and Northern Epirus, the event to elect Adolfos I will fire

Through the Franco British Union and Commonwealth you can get an impressive amount of cores.
Have both France and Spain take the Bourbon paths of their focus trees, and have Portugal go Monarchist. Have Portugal Core their African colonies and Form Porto- Brazil. Then have Spain unite with Portugal to form Iberia. Have France Annex them through Bourbon path, then have France take the colonial core focus and get lucky.
Have South Africa form Great Zimbabwe, repuppet them. Do the same for New Zealand for the Polynesian formable and ensure they get all of their cores.
Have the US core Alaska and Hawaii, they may technically be able to annex the USSR through Communist path but I'm not positive if they get Cores on it. Either way, form the Dominion of North America and take the Imperial Conference and core your newly found land.
This should be the most cores you can get outside of doing the Yugoslavia capital cheese where you can core all of that land + all of the land in Europe + the USSR, as well as every core that the Ottomans and Greeks can get from their focus trees.
The Franco-British Union got a balancing update at some point. When the war ends, you either have to release France and lose its cores, or keep France and lose the cores while getting a ton of resistance.

You need to actually puppet Mexico in a peace treaty. Annexing and releasing them won't work.
Most Memey thing I know about HoI4 is apparantly known as Yugo-Strat and it allows you to conquer the allies by Feburary 1936 when starting as Germany.
Here is how it goes:
Start as Germany (obivously)
Disband the Axis
Set up naval invasions for France and Britian
-3 units are enough for France. Just put one on Calais, one on Le Havre and one on the tile to the right of Le Havre, don't recall the name rn, might fix it later. All you need for France to captiulate are the norht eastern victory points.
Don't pick any focus
Wait for 10 PP and start improving relations with Yugoslavia until you have them at +11 minimum
Wait for 50 PP and justify on the USA
If done right until now, oyu should be able to create a faction with Yugoslavia (Relations must be +11 or higher)
Now wait a few days until Yugoslavia gets couped
If the Yugoslavian coup ends in a civil war, restart and try again. The chance for the civil war to happen is roughly 30%
If you got the "clean" coup, you now have a war goal on Yugoslavia which should get guranteed by Britain within a few hours of the coup
If you have your naval invasions set up, make sure they're set to "go" before declaring war and that you have naval supremacy for at least 6 horus after the start of the war
If everything is done correctly, congrats you can now capitulate allies in 1936

I think you should look at some of the different names a country calls themselves depending on ideology, because there's definitely got to be plenty we've never heard of. It's not just the independent nations too, even releasable ones join in.
For example, did you know that fascist Azerbaijan calls themselves the Empire of Fire? It's way more hardcore than fascist Bhutan, also known as the infamous Thunder Dragon Empire. Don't forget formables either or you'll miss out on wild oddities such as Communitas Proletariique Romani (communist Roman Empire) and the Chinese Constitutional Monarchy (democratic Chinese Empire).

IDK if it is well known or not, but you can have USA cores as Monarchist or Fascist UK. United the Anglosphere > Conquer all of the USA (No puppet) > Decision give to Canada > Imperial Federation. You got USA Cores. You can also do EU with Fascist UK too, so more cores (IDK about generals and field marshals).

If you go fascist UK you can add the USA and Ireland to that imperial federation, and the form the EU, coring France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. Totally not overpowered at all.

Despite that, even when combined with the Goal continuous restrict freedom.pngSuppress Subjects, it could still take around 4 years before the UK can reduce their autonomy to the Integrated Puppet level. The process can be hastened by the usual means of reducing subject autonomy along with the Imperial Federation autonomy reduction. As each dominion reaches a lower autonomy level, additional PP must be spent to lower that dominion to the next level.
Once all of the dominions have been reduced to the Integrated Puppet autonomy level, the player can take the final national focus Focus eng imperial federation.pngImperial Federation. Once that focus completes, the UK will annex all of its dominions, adopt a new name and flag, change its color to a deep red color, and will gain cores on all of the dominion territories apart from the whole of India and Transvaal in South Africa. The UK will also inherit all military units and military leaders from its former dominions.
In addition to the core Federation, multiple possibilities for expanding the Empire exist:

That's a very recent thing, yes. It's added as a workaround because so much of Italy's focus tree gets locked out when they don't control Ethiopia (by themselves or with a puppet).

Oh yeah, if you have the Franco-British Union while at peace, an event will now fire where you can either end the union and release France, or keep them. In both cases, you lose your French cores and not releasing France also creates tons of resistance.
If you're wanting to make a Super Imperial Federation, I suggest just forgetting about Franco-Britain and going straight for the EU as fascist Britain.

About the Soviet Spanish puppet, you will only get them as a puppet if they have done the focus "Expand Soviet aid". So you don't want to win the war too early.
