I got to your tutorial from a pattern I purchased from you on Etsy. This tutorial, like your patterns, are perfection. Thank you for making this so easy to understand, and in the end, my knitting machine projects more professional!!

I am really struggling with grafting, I followed your tutorial and at the start when I take the waste yarn off it looks like a normal knit instead of the purl stitch look, any advice? I've tried several times and keeps happening. Tia x

It should look like a knit stitch so I think you may have typed that backwards. But, when working with this technique the perspective is from the knit side (front of work) which is sometimes hard to visualize because of the waste yarn. If you send me a photo of your join, I can help you trouble shoot. calumetknits at gmail dot com

Can this be used on a drop stitch scarf?

I'm not sure. I would have to try some samples to see if it would work.
