i solve my problem that cant open window security , and also no window security founded in apps that cannot use the method 1
after using method 2 and restart, its fix the problem already thanks man

You didn't understand I format it then it was showing that your pc have started unexpectedly then I watch your video and fixed it then it start downloading again and it stopped at 64 percent and it started restarting again and again and my pc is not opening that I can download it from chrome

u need to search windows seciruty and under icon u should have options like run as admin and etc. on bottom u should have app settings

Hey! "EXPLAINER" Can u explain to me how to do the cdm correctly!?
1. The first command told me "Elevated permissions are required to run DISM.
