I remember watching this with my brother when it came out (I was 11). We laughed really hard at the dinner scene where Dana Carvey poured all the giblet gravy on his plate. That's all I remember from it. It deserves a rewatch seeing the cast now.
This isn't half-bad. Really, if you're laying out on the sofa on a Christmas Eve with family then it's not a terrible 90s 'Wonderful Life' with some laughs and fun. It might just be one of the more underrated unknown Christmas movies worth a watch.
This movie is wayyyy better than the ref. The ref is just funny one or two times watching Dennis Leary be Dennis Leary. This is a way more engaging story and has more likebale characters and actually has feel good christmas vibes. I appreciate that you did this video and your rating on it.
