Recent Final Bosses have similar / connected main melodies with Extend Ash ~ Hourai Victim... starting from Toutetsu, Chimata and then Zanmu

I like Zanmu, but i think I'm just happy we're finally getting another namable oni character.
I love the blend of high-tension and melancholic sections in this theme. It's very fitting with Zanmu having seen so much conflict and doing her best to prevent more, even if she is a scheming oni... Overall a great arrangement for my favorite new character's theme!

it probably is pronounced with damu in katakana as well(if you want I could elaborate on Japanese as a language) and that was why ZUN made the mistake when writing the English...
it's not the first time he made a mistake but I do think it's among the funnier mistakes

You guys thought ZUN is making a spelling mistake, but YOU ARE WRONG! While learning erhu technique in China ZUN has touched the tradition of using homonyms in ancient Chinese literatures. "Dam" in Chinese pronounced the same as "Dad" or "Father", In Ancient China, Zhuge Liang was referred as "Father" by the second and last emperor of the state of Shu Han - Liu Shan. ZUN use this as an analogy, implies the status of Zanmu in the new hell - a master brain and arbitrator. What an elaborate word play combining King and Dam together to convey... I can't keep on going guys I m laughing to death.
